OK I did get this thing to work Here is what you need to do 1 Turn on scope wait for Wifi LED to light 2 Go to Settings Wifi and select ZOOMX1186 3 Enter the password 123456789 4 Wait for wifi to connect 5 Start the app When done turn off the scope and your iDevice should flip back to your normal Wifi There is a tiny manual buried under the foam insert in the box This rigmarole would be OK by me BUT the app locks up all the time under the latest iOS 8 3 Quitting and restarting the app re establishes the connection but only for a tiny while minutes sometimes seconds Please fix this problem         A bit odd needs serious stability improvements Jim Glidewell

Just got this thing for an iPad First it tells you to connect to the microscope network then to download the app which of course you can t so since you are no longer on an Internet network Then when it has been installed I get an absolutely blank screen Not too impressive     Fiasco Pfmfl
