App wont allow me to create a password Always resets to Step 1 of 4     Cannot create account

We utilize the iPad for the majority of our business so it only made sense to also find a way to utilize the iPad for our phone system One thing we noticed is that its not crammed with features that dont get used in the end We receive all of our voicemails and faxes directly in our email We have a few user account as we are at times in multiple locations so we can transfer callstexts back and fourth Overall ZipZap cut our phone bill in half Cant beat that Conference calling Call recording Voicemailfax notifications Calls on hold Hold music default but that works Drag and drop call transferring Faxing Ring all set calls to ring on all iPads Texting you can do auto responses but havent used the much Social media Twitter and Facebook ZipZap cut the fat off when it came to bulky phone systems and gives us exactly what we need                 Easy to use direct

Kinda would like to see how it works cant get pass step 4 No email has been received from zipzap I even redone my log in Ill check later on tonight     Hello

I installed this app last night to try it out I wake up this morning to notice the app is recording on its ownvery scary     scary

Creating an account was pretty easy from inside the app and then I got a text message from their customer support Good to know they are there to help I guess Figured out how to make and answer calls without any assistance and it seemed to have good audio quality but I think I might need Bluetooth headset to make it work best The free trial is cool but I dont think the social media integration works very well I just need it for the texting and calls anyways and those work as advertised              Simple enough

Love this app I downloaded the app from the app store and after answering a few simple questions I was email a verification link and voila I was instantly logged in It took me a minute to figure out the UI but once I did it was simple and fun to use I set up two other users on the system in minutes giving them each their own lines and was instantly able to transfer calls between us all and even had the ability to add them to any call by just dragging and dropping Creating a line that we could all answer for our Customer Service number was super simple I simply added a line and then added that line to each of our logins I even got to choose where to have voicemails emailed on a line by line basis Customer service was great too I texted them from within the app and they responded immediately to help me with setting up my account              Love this app

The app has a promising premise but fails to deliver on the most basic business features As a personal phone app it works as advertised As a business phone system replacement though not even close Fist dont sign up up through the website youll never get passed step 4 Sign up through the app instead When you first start using the app there are no standard UI icons So you cant tell what each button does Some sort of help system popups or more universal icons would go a long way here Features There are none No automated forwarding no custom onhold music no automated attendant routing no emailing of voicemails no openclosed greetings or nodes no remote extensions no onholdringback no line hunts and on and on The most basic level of business phone operations is missing Oh and no centralized contacts To call this a business solution is misleading And there are better personal phone VOIP apps out there at a far cheaper price     Not ready for business use

After many unhappy years of phone service with My previous provider I made the switch to Zipzap After the first week I knew I could never go back to an outdated phone system Every month there would be a surprise on my bill with Zipzap I never have surprises or extra fees the texting feature has helped dramatically with reminding my clients of their appointments and for sending new clients our address Zipzap has changed my busy office for the better                 Never going back

I can have a complete phone system from Viatalk at Viatalkcom for less then half of what they want to charge You need wifi on top of the 25 buck a month charge For this service 10 buck a month maximum     Why too much
