This app is fabulous a real killer app in two senses it kills test scoring time more than any other tool Ive used it is also incredibly reliable I just used it to score a batch if final exams First time in my teaching career that exams were graded by the time I walked out of class and NO errors Dynamite                 A really fine work killer

I just tried the app today and graded 100 papers very quickly The students loved getting the immediate feedback I also used it in a formative fashion by allowing the students to retry the problems that they got wrong for half credit Another teacher liked the item analysis feature Imagine grading quickly everybodys quick quiz in class and finding out almost everyone got problem number 7 wrong Now that makes data useful                 What a time saver

This app completely streamlines objective grading The setup is easy and designed with ease of classroom use in mind The app scans quickly and accurately The program generates useful data for test evaluation Plus the added benefit of the cloud feature allows for seamless use of data from device to computer and back again This app is well worth the price                 One of the top Teacher App purchases Ive ever made

Our school systems testing was based in Thinkgate which is now defunct as of May 2015 Pre the Thinkgate implosion scantrons were no longer purchased by our system since we were using Thinkgate and now an alternative was needed if I didnt want to grade tests by hand during finals I tried GradeCam clunky too expensive with a 15monthly fee and another teacher recommended this There are two versions this one with unlimited use at 999 or the other with a 199 monthly or 699 yearly fee This is WELL WORTH the 999 While rosters and item analysis can be done on the computer Creating test keys and grading tests must be done with a phone or tablet Pros 1 allows printing of blank answer sheets for copies When scanning with a phone it takes a picture of the name so you can easily see in the list which paper belonged to which student 2 Can use a CSV file to import names and use their student numbers to assign a ZipGrade student number we use Infinite Campus so that is an easy exportimport Sheets can be pre printed with student namesnumbers on them if you create a class list 3 Can do easy item analysis with a break down of how many students chose which answer 4 Can export copies of the test sheet with item analysis into PDF 5 Can export data as a CSV file for spreadsheet manipulationanalysis Cons Would love to use it with our state standards because we are required to do standards analysis But that is something for later down the line                 Great software for grading multiple choice tests VERY EASY TO USE

Worked extremely well to grade my students course of 330 engineers Method was accurate provided excellent online data well worth the 10 dollars Took me all of 20 minutes to grade 300 exams You should try the demo if you are thinking about it 1010 would reccomend                 Great software

Version 114 has been a spectacular asset not only for routine quizzes but also for quickly analyzing my benchmark tests The upcoming version 20 has made a great product even better with things like weighted questions extra credit problems flexibility with classes and quizzes and a layout that is more intuitive and appealing to the eye without losing the familiar look of previous versions All this matched with a quality support team You wont be disappointed                 An Invaluable Tool for Todays Classroom

I dont know the developer of this app but I strongly suspect she or he is a teacher This is one of those rare gems out there that truly understands the limitations teachers have I tried the app today and it worked faster and more accurately than the very expensive desktop suite that I currently use The reporting is top notch What gets me is how much more accurate this is over the desktop testing suites I tried to fool this app with partial erasures smudges and incomplete fillins Every time it correctly scored the answer I cannot praise this app highly enough                 Amazing product

This app is all that I expected and more I had considered purchasing a grade machine for my own school use This is better by an order of magnitude Not only is it far cheaper It is superior to the schools Scantron machine for which I was purchasing forms at 3700 per 500 I use it for daily quizzes Exit Tickets and all other classroom assessments I am an ecstatic customer                 Great Time Saver

In datadriven schools ZipGrade is an invaluable tool Its fast and easy to use and it breaks down data by student class and assessment Id recommend ZipGrade to any teacher who uses multiple choice assessments                 Excellent timesaver

I have only written a review one other time this HAD to be praises I cant tell my teacher buddies fast enough With ScanTrons unaffordable with our budget the 10 was well worth my purchase Easy quick and now my best tool                 Whoop Whoop
