I purchased the unlimited plan and various other optional enhancements like rapid video upload etc What I found was complete misrepresentation and a plan to keep up charging for more space denying video uploads amateur GoPro footage due to we said unlimited but what we meant was unlimited based on what average people using the app upload WHAT It s a ripoff company provides no avenue to cancel the account on the app and it charges you for every nickel and dime option I m trying to stop it now but they make it very difficult WHAT IS UNLIMITED You d be best to stop right now and seek a reputable company Seek other options my friends     RIP OFF STOP NOW KCBigBacheezy

Pretty sneaky The same company has an app called ZipCloud and one called JustCloud I cancelled ZipCloud last year and thought JustCloud was unrelated But they commingled the two so my supposed JustCloud log in sends me to ZipCloud And they are double billing me I think I ll drop in the next time I visit my sister who lives in the UK     Now I Understand why This is Worthless lansen

Truly awful Should be zero stars Incredibly slow incredibly confusing layout constant pops selling features that should be included Plus when you delete files you have to wait up to 24 hours for the space to be cleared Lame Last backup took 18 hours to back up 753 photos and I have a lot of bandwidth Their servers must be on dial up I bought 75gb of back up but I am deleting everything and moving to a real cloud storage company Shame on these bozos     Worst app I have ever purchased By a mile Misha419

I always weary of a whole bunch of 5 star reviews that say nothing such it s great perfect etc without any other feedback 10 reviews on Nov 15 with the new release of the app Doubt it This app needs to enable file sharing at the folder level not file level to be useful Try sharing your pictures You can t You have to mail or share each file separately You cannot search for files You better know what it is called and where it is located Other than that the service is expensive but does what it says The upsales which begin the next day with generic emails that pretend to be from a direct relationship person Try responding or asking a question and you realize you are corresponding with a robot computer If you want basic back up ability to access a file you know by location and name this does the job             Fake 5 Stars MattBianco

Best backup company I ve tried them all Their unlimited package is competitively priced I appreciate the ability to only pay for the option i use Bottom line is if you use the drag n drop method to trigger your back ups you don t need any of the add on features Also their server speed performance is incredible files upload and download up very quickly Where Zipcloud excels is their iOS app Directories load very quickly thumbnails previews believe it or not most backup plan apps don t have this feature instead you get a list view of cryptic camera image names music player with the ability to create playlist all my the music on my hard is now in the cloud I can access over 3G 4G wifi No other backup software companies or even NAS drive apps come close to Zipcloud app                 Best backup iOS app Joeicon

I don t write many reviews only when I my expectations are exceeded or when they re pathetically disappointed I initially tried to describe as this just doesn t work for me and it s slow I can tell slow from normal or fast this is slooooowwwww They have a stated policy of money back guarantee After several emails back and forth they re still trying to NOT honor their guarantee I explained clearly why I want to cancel and get even a pro rated refund but they keep coming back talking about a feature that I wasn t interested in in the first place Mostly looking for cloud storage which is fast reliable and easy to use from iOS devices apps and mac os x or ANY and all OS s I use I do my backups another method although cloud backups are a great idea that wasn t my primary reason for subscribing They don t seem to get this Their pressure sales mentality will keep me from returning even at a discount     Waste of money and a money sieve Joanie Baybalonie

New to ZipCloud and still backing up my PC hard drives But this app is amateur ish Took me a month to figure out it works best only in landscape mode on my iPad That s the only way to see the main panel and menu UI readouts are inaccurate eg it says only 7 seconds remain to backup a 170mb iPad movie That file s backup has been going on for at least three days now Then it says backup complete then two files left then one then complete then done etc etc and no there are no new revised files the app just can t make up its mind It sees but doesn t give me accurate info about what s happening with the backup on my PC Glad I m not paying for this app and that the app isn t mission critical     Service and app aren t ready for prime time FrameShooter
