Zions Bank Mobile Banking

I really liked the last version of this app It was perfect The new version is not as user friendly              Anything wrong with the last version

It is good that this app is simple to use But other banks have come out with apps that allow you to do so much more Now I cant speak for everyone So personally the only real upgrade that would probably be best is a section or tab on the app that allows you to deposit checks into your account just by taking a picture of the check This would be EXTREMELY helpful Other than that I cant ask for much more           A little too simple

Normally I wouldnt fault the app for not working on a new OS when the app hasnt been updated That said Im throwing out this 1star review because Zions doesnt seem to understand why they need to update the app Ive found that I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to use it since updating to iOS 8 If I dont reinstall the app I get an error message about the app being unable to access extensions After speaking with mobile banking support to report this issue they couldnt even distinguish the difference between iOS and which iPhone I have I explained the difference between the device and the OS so that we could move on They told me its not an issue and they dont need to report it because reinstalling the app fixes it That was their solution its not an issue to have to reinstall the app every time I want to use it as far as theyre concerned     iOS 8 Broke the App

I dont use this app for much more than checking my account balances so I have no complaints as far as function there but what bugs me is the log in screen There is a glitch that causes the keyboard to drop down after about 2 seconds which means you can type one character and then the keyboard disappears Other reviews have addressed this as well If you use the app daily this is super annoying Please fix this easy issue 3 stars until it is fixed           App Glitch

In the new updated version it wont show me what my accounts balanced are Maybe Im doing something wrong if so help If not this bug needs to be fixed ASAP     Wont show my account balance

the app is very simplistic has less than most mobile web sites so why waist the storage space for an app when you could just use a website at bare minimum it needs the ability to see check images        needs more

Banks IT Department cant figure this out Cant login and do anything with this app since I purchased my iPhone 6 going on 3 weeks Frustrated     Frustrated

Makes its super easy to see where I am at on the go And if needed make a transfer Thats all I can really ask for              Not great but does the job

First of all iOS 7 has been out for months now its time to update second the tab bar icons need to be in hd try adding 2x to the end of the image name     iOS 7

Very basic app Only has basic functions like view balances transfer funds and view transaction history Really needs the check deposit function other banks have        Lacks check deposit

Before the latest update it worked flawlessly But now it will not allow you to log in I entered my username again and my password three times and it will not work Horrible update        Ugh

Remote check deposit was the one thing I have been waiting for After finally trying it out it needs some serious work I tried depositing a check from another Zions account four times and I got an error each time that the amount didnt match what was detected I decided to try it on the chase mobile app and it worked on the first attempt     Not ready for prime time

The latest version of this app modernizes it well but it has one annoying bug the first time I bring up the keyboard to enter my password the keyboard immediately goes away and I have to open it again This happens every time I open the app              Nice update

This app lacks mobile deposit a crucial feature that is simply not available its too bad because it makes me deposit my money in the other banks I use instead even though Zions offers a higher interest rate        Mobile deposit missing

Every time I open the app and select the password field the keyboard comes up When I try and enter a letter the keyboard goes away I then must select the password field again to get the keyboard to reappear The app works but this bug is really annoying              Bug inputting password

I really like having the ability to check my balance when traveling but its a hassle when I need to deposit because I need to go to the bank           Great app improvements seriously needed

Okay mobile banking app but how about adding some new features Other banks already have the ability to cash checks right from your mobile device                 Add some new features please

Twice I have used this app and the balances have been incorrect It will show the transactions and look like theyve been taken out but it is not reflected in the balance Once I overdrafted because of this At least on the website it shows a balance and then an available balance which is accurate Wont be using this app again     Not accurate

Between we are experiencing an issue with your network connection Connection is fine every four days and we are currently performing maintenance Every week or so app is frequently unusable The simplicity is nice but if I cant use the app why have it           Unavailable

No matter what the app will never get the right password no matter how many time you enter it and lock your bank account     Crap app DO NOT download

Behind the curve with technology but glad to see progressing              Love the quick passcode

A recent update broke the check deposit feature It now tries to detect every field and tell me that I typed something wrong     Check deposit broken

Constantly makes me change my fing password Which is a long process and I dont have time for that sht when I just need to check my account     Horrible

As always updates are not thought out properly Old version would have green text for credits and red or black text for pending for debits Now all the text is black and you have to look closely at what the transaction type is Go back to color coding Zions        Dont make it too simple

This app is so far behind the banking standard these days Why cant this app have mobile check deposit Why cant the location feature provide you with hours of operation Account reminders I hate this app and Im really starting to hate this bank     Pathetic

Overall this app works just fine and is very functional However it astounds me that as large as Zions Bank is you have not yet figured out how to do mobile deposits like every other major bank and credit union around you Im about ready to move all of my accounts over to any other institution just for that inconvenience alone           Mobile check deposit Please

I have an iPhone 4s running iOS 7 downloaded the app specifically for check deposit Ive been very excited for this addition to the mobile app but it shuts down every time I click the camera button on the deposit I tried refreshing the phone and reinstalling the app to no avail If you are only downloading the app to take advantage of the mobile deposits dont waste your time     Check deposit

2 12 stars Because I use this app for two things The first us checking my transactions and balance No problems there and Ive had no problems logging in BUT the deposit feature which Ive been anxiously awaiting has serious flaws When I take a picture of the check there is a black space covering the right hand side of the screen If I try to line up my check with the brackets then the right side of the check is cut off I continually get errors that the amount cannot be confirmed or that the codes at the bottom of the check arent readable and to line the check up with the brackets Cant line up check without cutting off the right side Ugh Still have yet to deposit a check from home Boooo           Deposit feature is flawed

Ive called support twice and spent two hours on the phone with them They promise to call back and that it will be fixed So far no resolution or calls back Theyve given every excuse we dont know if it works with iPhone 6but my spouses iPhone and iPad wont work either Theyve had me delete and reinstall the app changed my password and nothing has helped I can login to the web but not the mobile website or app Worthless app if you cant login     Support failed

Check depositing does not work with most of my devices Will not recognize correct amount on checks Very disappointing     Zions

New update is horrible Needs to go back to red for debits and green for deposits Also you have to touch each transaction to see what it even is All it shows is the reference number Please fix it     Dont like the update

I updated to os8 over the weekend and I noticed everything working fine for my iPhone and iPad I also noticed I can deposit a check via the app now That was the last thing I was waiting for with you guys Thank u Now I dont have drive to the branch once every blue moon when I get a check                 OS8 working fine for me

Simply put I cant reset my password on the app     No reset password

Why wouldnt you include the hours of operation lobby and drivethru as well as an option to select branches vs ATMs I needed to get to a branch before closing but wasted my time downloading this app and sifting through incomplete information instead     App locator tool

I have found that this app gives me all the information I need to perform weekly most weeksdaily transaction I can also research anything I may have a question on I trade stocks for a living and therefore have a lot of banking activity I rate the app 5 stars because it does everything I needand then some                 A Very Useful App

Compared to most other bank apps out there this app is pretty terrible to say the least This has like 2 features Yay good job Zions Usaa has a great mobile app and banking there is much better also     Pretty worthless app

I use this app daily but there are some things that need changing for me to change the star rating 1 Every time I go to enter my password the keyboard disappears after the very first letter which causes me to hit the enter key This can sometimes lock up my account if Im not careful 2 Why cant I do an external transfer from the app when I can log in to my account on the same device from the web browser and do it there I dont think it would be a big deal to allow external transfersbill pay setup I have more but I wont overwhelm whoever takes the time to read this     Needs some work

Looks like a 5th grader wrote the app When I click in the password field it brings up the keyboard and then removes it oddly Total junk     Junk
