Zing Register

We own a small boutique and have been using zing for about 14 months We were told that a version 2 would be out with many new enhancements in early 2014 and its now almost 2015 with no new version only a beta version The current version along with the beta version constantly freezes up and looses connection to the registerprinter The reports are very basic to say the least and offer very little insight into your business You have to pay a third party 29month to integrate a gift cardloyalty program and the names arent even populated with the card number on the back end If you plan on using them to syn with Big Commerce beware It often doubles and triples the pictures wrong information is populated to the wrong product and it may take days for items to sync over This system looked promising in the beginning for its ease of use and flowing style but failed to deliver in the long run We currently switched to Lightspeed pos for about the same price and you dont have to pay a third party for a gift card program Good Luck        Lemaonade stand POS

We have had experience with Zing since it was Zing Checkout This new product is just as useful but with faster transactions There are many new features and addons like the BigCommerce integration This was a huge time saver I especially appreciate the support staff They seem to add new items based on user suggestion The new reports and dashboard added in December are terrific                 Great app and support
