Zed TimeSheets for QB

There are fundamental interface issues The app loses its connection with the calendar at random leading to multiple taps for each time entry to restore The iPhone app calendar interface laps with the header making it hard to navigate When importing to Quickbooks entries tagged as Billable are imported as unbillable This app is superior by far in concept and simplicity to any comparable app I have seen And no Intuit synchronizationhooray We need an update please        Id love to rate this app higher

This app is what Ive been looking for to minimize time spent tracking my time and then entering in Quickbooks to get my invoicing done                 No more Google calendar for me

I have been using for only 5 days but pretty sure I will not be going back to paper timecards This works like a dream Could not get info entered in the app to download to Intuits QuickBooks without downloading the iif of QB timer files but once that was figured out and done app has worked really well Using on iphone 5s means the notes for each service call can be spoken rather than typed The customer selection service type as well as the timing whether not the entry is billable is entered by selecting not the mic Looks like invoicing can be done directly from the app if you dont use MYOB or QB or want a text or PDF version of the timecard I havent tried this Also customer service can be entered on the fly if not in existing database I havent tried this yet and not sure how importing the info to QB will behave if not entered prior to the import I will update this once I find out So far LOVE it                 What is not to love

Time sheet has made keeping track of my time with customers easy I am able to track my time and put what I have completed in the notes for future reference I would not be able to accurately keep my billing while on the go up to date They are very responsive the one issue I had was resolved in a timely fashion I would definitely recommend time sheet              Time sheet

It took a little time to figure out how to do this but after following the video it wasnt bad at all It works great with QuickBooks and will save so much time creating invoices Im so happy I fount this App Well done Zed Systems                 Quikbkspro

I have been using this app for about 3 months now It does the basics well once you get it all set up The quirks are as follows 1 sometimes the time entry doesnt record properly when u enter time in 60 minute increments you need to enter 61 min to register 1 hour 2 you have to manually enter your QB lists exactly as they are in QB or things dont sync properly 3 you cant enter mileage only time 4 when u are entering data if you go back to edit the time field it defaults back to the current date and time so it is easy to forget to change the date if you are adding something for another day 5 once you record your entry you cant edit it you have to recreate it to make any changes this is the biggest one for me because it is easy to make a mistake when u type on these tiny keyboards Despite all of this I like this app and would love to see the developers fix these issues to make it a great app vs a good app           Pretty good for free

This is a great program that provides basic time management My only complaint is that there is a learning curve to set up and figure out the basics There is a problem with entry duplication that I hope will get fixed Overall it is well done and useful              Simple and Effective
