I like to open sites in the browser but now Im forced to get the App No other option works Im wondering whats in it for companies that they always want you to use their app What for     Forces to get the App

Zappos will tell you that many brands that are mens MEDIUM width are the same as womens wide While they may be a FRACTION wider they arent a true womens wide Been in the shoe biz 37 yearsthey are giving false info Be aware of that when filtering by width           Inaccurate sorting

Love the app Easy to shop and see product However the chat function keeps defaulting to the top of the screen so I cant hit the chat button Ill have to chat from a computer           Chat function issues

I love looking at shoes modeled on other people to get an understanding of the style The video functionality is cool but it only works about 12 the time           Video doesnt work

I am amazed at how great this app is It is absolutely seamless I usually find apps to be rather limited and end up going to the regular sites but the Zappos app is really extraordinary just like the company itself                 May be the best app ever

Wow I dont know who your new designer is but they need to lay off the crayons and put the lid back on the glue As for your engineering Drag the main screen down and watch for the duplicate image glitching behind it as it does its cutesy bounce animation Inexcusably poor software effort for such a large company     Ugly

There is no visible password field in the new iOS version The only way I can log in is by clicking on my email address and then the Next button at the bottom right I then have to type in my password without seeing any evidence that the password is being entered This also means that I cant use a password manager to copy and paste my password I had to enable logging in through Amazon to get in the first time which I dont want to have to do And no I dont want to authorize Touch ID to make purchases        No password field provided for login

The Zappos app is easy to use and charming I love the little cat that flies into the cart and I love how easy it is to search filter see what I have ordered and returned and to return items It is one of the best apps that Ive used Keep it up                 Love this app

I am one of Zappos very biggest fans In my humble opinion they can do NO WRONG I have just one question why cant the whole world be just like ZAPPOS                 Simply THE BEST

I just ordered via the app instead of online and I think thats how Ill do it from now on The search is really easy and lets you narrow down the results and the checkout was done with a few taps I really like this app                 Love it

I used to open Zappos in Safari on my iPad because I hated the App only to repeatedly bombarded with demands that I use the app It got so irritating that I stopped shopping Zappos altogether The app is definitely improved now however I still cant find a way to rate a review as helpful or not Even worse when looking at a particular shoe I cant find a link to easily view other shoes by that manufacturer I can click on the tab that says about the brand but there is no clickable link in that tab or the description to see ALL styles by that manufacturer Recommendations tab brings a similar shoes from all manufacturers              Improved but could be better

To your wallet Shame on you Zappos for creating such a convenient and user friendly app and enabling my shoe shopping addiction Truly a travesty On a suggestive note I want the app to allow PayPal payment and store credit options              This App is Dangerous

I love the Zappos app Supercat dropping into my cart makes me laugh every time The filters work great as well and make it easy to find what I am looking for                 Super fun

The web interface is better In addition the web interface and the app return different results for the same searches The app hangs at annoying points in time and the navigation is lacking Lately I have been having considerable trouble with Zappos app I ordered 4 pairs of shoes received order confirmation then nadda After waiting for over a week I contact Zappos and they say well it turns out we made a mistake and none of those 4 shoes are in stock I asked when were you going to notify me of that and issue refund I then learned that it is the customers responsibility to follow up on orders that Zappos misplaces Since I still needed a pair of shoes I use this app to find similar shoes in my size Well low and behold 3 of the 4 shoes that I was just told were not in stock are showing up as orderable again Either their stock is jacked or their code is jacked Either way I dont have time to waste with this company They use to be awesome those days are long gone        Skip the app The Web interface is better

The company is awesome their customer service speaks for itself the best I love the app and now with the update I can return items on my phone or tablet and have a return label sent to my email without having to call Their staff are super sweet all the time but I got an exchange done in like 2 minutes Cant beat that                 LOVE ZAPPOS Love the new update even more

Love it good thing i saw it i love zappos i had a missing package i had ordered some shoes for my husband around xmas time i tried to get everyhing cleared up with the people who were in charge of the delivery they were no help at all so i called zappos and explained the situation and zappos sent me a new pair and they arrived just in time for xmas Im very happy with zappos they really know how to treat their customers And now they have an app what more can u ask for im very happy i love shoes from zappos they always put the customer first                 Very cool app
