Made me reset my password and still doesnt let me log in This is horrible

When I saw this online I was hopeful that I would be able to get reporting that would help me to gauge the value of YP advertising First of all the app wouldnt recognize my account number Second of all my sales rep knew NOTHING about this app so he was no help When I called customer service they said that I need to talk to sales to set up an advertising account I already have a serious issue with YP calling a phone call from an existing customer a lead and then charging me for it But the experience that Ive had with this app has just convinced me to move my digital advertising budget back to my radio rep He might not have as much flash and a cool iPad but he can definitely talk about his products without me feeling like Ive just been lied to Bad User Experience shady results

I was able to see when my office misses a call and can call them back quickly I like seeing real time results and having real Time caller data Pretty cool app Better than an Assistant
