This app is a game changer Made my workflow much more efficient                 Great Tool

I only use this for music and pictures Music quality is soso but I love being able to access all my music anywhere I go That being said all my album art which Im big on doesnt show up when Im searching for my music on my iPhone Also it would be nice to be able to shuffle my entire library or even just playlists Possibly make playlists or be able to make an up next or in que list With the pictures Id love to be able to access all my pics in a good enough resolution to be able to view them decently They are a very VERY low quality Unless Im doing something wrong picture viewing is a bust with this app currently Maybe improvements will be made Otherwise this is a great app ideajust needs some work           Poor Quality Needs shuffle and search fields

I liked this idea but so far it hasnt worked I logged in on the same account on my iPhone 6 and my bran new 2015 MacBook Pro and none of my files are showing up It keeps telling me to download and install the app on my MacBook which Ive already done Not to mention theres no iPhone 6 resolution support and no retina support for the MacBook If this issue isnt resolved Ill have no use for the app     Disappointed

Very easy to use finds all my GoPro has all my iPhoto albums and pretty much lets me access anything on my computers easily I use it all the time to access stuff while Im with my friends like at the bar or traveling Killer way to stream all my movies and music on my computer to my phone                 must have app

I love this app With it i can access all my photos music and other stuff on my home computer that is all i have but i read it will make everything available from all your online devices and friends devices when they share it with you As if that were not enough I was roughing it in a cabin in mammoth that had wifi and an apple tv roughing it right I sent my buddy a text asking him to share a movie with me to liven up my cabin experience Even though it was probably the slowest DSL ever i was able to play it on the tv through the the apple tv It started almost immediately unlike when you start a netflix movie with the buffering Anyway i dig it and i think you should give it a try They keep adding features too I cant wait to see what they will add next                 3 terabyte iphone

Been waiting for a long time to find a way to share all my photos from my PC on my IPhone without having to copy all my files up to the cloud Its finally here Yea                 Love this app

This app gives me just what I wanted I now can view all my videos on my desktop or all of my music from my desktop on my iPhone without putting the files on my phone Also this app doesnt use limited cloud space The only problem is that there are times when a file doesnt load into the app Sometimes it takes two or three times to load One other issue with videos Id love to have the videos full screen Unlike YouTube the videos will not rotate to what I call landscape So the videos are small on my phone Would love to see this resolved              Just what I was looking for

What doesnt work for me its when Im playing music there isnt a shuffle button Also something that would let you add a song to a playlist or a play next button kind of thing I dont necessarily want to keep finding the songs I want to listen to and switching every time a song ends Or listen to a whole album just for one song It takes forever to sync with your computer too When you add a new song into iTunes it takes almost a full day to show up on your phone           Missing a few things

Ive ALWAYS needed access to my files at home This solves that problem BIGTIME                 This is too cool

I like many others am in search of a worthy replacement to the late great audio galaxy I stumbled onto this app and it gets the job done but not elegantly Most of my gripes come from the PC side server software Its built with Java which is a bad idea in the first place but it takes for ever to scan my media even after the initial scan This should only take a couple seconds if it was properly programmed to only scan for file changes instead of rescanning my entire hard drive from start to finish While scanning the app shoots my CPU usage up nearly 100 and takes about 200MB of RAM There is no way in the software to manage devices only view them I see an option for unregister THIS device which doesnt actually do anything it seems instead of being able to manage all device associated with your account You can only view them For the iOS app like someone else said it needs a shuffle all feature The iOS app smells of the same issues that the PC app does clunky glitchy programming It crashed on me several times I am happier with Tonido and Plex server Younity has a lot of work ahead of it in order to become a solid service I hope they can address the issues and improve their apps server and client because it has the potential to be a really useful tool Sharing my library sounds great but at this stage I wouldnt want to subject others to the poor performance        Good start Needs work

Easy to set up Played nonDRM content well Claims to play iTunes DRM content but found that feature problematic App opens a browser window to play DRM content but often nothing happens           Good start but needs improvement

Im able to watch all my movies from my computerthen Airplay to my large TV Airplay continues even when my iPhone goes to sleep mode It also works great in retrieving ALL docsfiles in my Transporter Best app yet                 Best App Yet

Im a media collector and have been looking for the ideal streaming app for my large collection of music and video files After installing the Younity server app and pointing it to only one of my 6 folder structures the server took over 24 hours to read the folders When I first opened the app it took over an hour downloading metadata before the first video was visible in the list And then the video froze after only 5 minutes of playing time and this was an MP4 optimized for streaming On subsequent launches of the app it once again began downloading metadata while playing the video with an annoying overlay telling me about the metadata download And once again it froze after a few minutes This might be a great system if you have only a few files to stream but it misses the promoted goal of integrating multiple folders or computers        Not able to handle large libraries

to be honest this app makes my life a lot easier than before because i used to get some sudden assignments in which most of the time they are available on my mac so i get my files from younity and download it Even it helped me in my presentations cuz sometimes the usb does not work at a critical time but this app really helped love this app                 this is what i needed for making my life easier

This is the first review Ive ever written and Im only doing it because I absolutely love younity Ive been using Pogoplug for over 3 years only to stream my music library to my iPhoneiPad It has a lot of issues but is usable Younity trumps it in every single way Speedwise it starts playback of any song I choose immediately and hasnt had any dropout issues thus far People use this app for way more than music and Im sure its great But if you want access to your music library over the Internet to portable devices I can say this is the best solution out there right now                 The best personal music streaming solution

App was easy to install and set up and works great My only wish to improve would be if the MP3 files could be played more like a media player rather than picking the next file to open each time Not a complaint with the app though Smooth and easy to use for sure              Works great

Younity is an AWESOME App I am able to get all my tv shows an movie and more where ever I am With all my devices Is exactly what I needed Its so simple to use and understand Thank you Younity for such a great app The only downside is that you have to leave your computer on all day long                 I love this app

I love that I dont have to purchase more space The files reside on my computers and get streamed to anywhere else I have installed the app Simple easy to use quick Just a few drawbacks songs in albums are not kept together in younitys views Also a number of doc and rtf text files get messages that they are large files and that younity might not be able to load them Each one is at most less than 10 of the size of a songmusic file and I never get a message on the music files Overall excellent app Just a few quirks to work out              Excellent app

Movies play for me very well I stream over Att LTE and movies never stops Sometimes they stop over wifi but I dont think thats Younity that has the issue                 Love it

I had an issue too many files across too many devices I installed younity on my desktop as well as my laptop and in a matter of minutes I could access every file on each of them Given when I close my laptop younity cannot stream those files But what I can still do is quickly see which of my computers the file I need is located on Its an amazing app                 Just what I needed

I have a music library of mostly FLAC files stored on hard drive in my office I have a stereo down stairs Unity does a great job of getting those files to my stereo Seems to be less buggy than Tonido Works rather well over 4gLTD too A terabyte of high resolution music streamed to my iPhone or iPad anywhere I have a wifi or 4g at my fingertips Brilliant And its free Thanks Younity Messhaul                 Streams FLAC

I never write reviews about any of the apps I got but I just had to with this one This is an amazing app that I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to access their personal media files on their home computer Just simply download the app on your iPhone and install the program on your home computer You will have access to all of your photo albums music videos and personal files This app will replace you having to buy an external cloud storage drive Its a great way of having all your files with you wherever you go Thanks to the developers You got a home run here                 Amazing App

I have a 100 GB music library I want to listen to it online but i cant do that unless i buy an account on Google Drive But there is one more issue that is the upload speed of my computer is very slow so upload my library is just like a nightmare But after downloading this i can enjoy my music with no problem Even the registration is very simple and it work very well Love this app                 I love this app
