This is a really great app for those who dont want to just lose weight but who are looking to live a more healthy lifestyle I love this because its different there are hundreds of thousands of apps out there that let you track calories and workouts but this really helps me stay mentally focused on being healthy by allowing me to connect with other people who have the same goals This has been a great way to supplement my diet and exercise and I would definitely recommend joining              Something different

an app that doesnt yell at me and no ads for war games Im not a social networking person so I dont use it for that but the articles and recipes are great Just getting that daily update helps me remember the important things in life I live in a very traditional city now I dont feel quite so isolated Only reason 4 stars is because I havent found away to send the articles Im interested in to Pocket or other app so I can read off line and create my own organizing system I hope they are looking into that Thanks for a much needed service              What a welcome relief
