This app takes way too long to load sometimes it just gives me a black screen and fails to open altogether Also wish you guys added passbook support so I dont need an internet connection every time I want to use my card     ADD PASSBOOK SUPPORT

You cannot register your card without entering the location but the app doesnt allow you to enter a location Waste of time     Worthless

A lot of people are saying about the maps It really only works on Wifi which they should fix But overall its good It has an apple pay like feature where u can put a balance on a card on your phone also the you cant really find the stores flavored in less you call them but sometimes they have it on there           Yogurtland

Map or individual store flavors only work periodically Even staff think its useless     Useless

Useless Completely useless I cant sign into my account Which would be fine if it didnt log me out but it does And I know its the app because I can sign in through the site     worst app ever

So Im annoyed because no matter what location or flavor I enter it says they cannot find a yogurt land location near me I have been wanting to get my points because I go here often Whats the point of this app if it dont work Wish u guys would fix the problems     This app is useless

Other than using it for the card to scan when paying this app is useless I can be standing outside of a yogurt land and it will still tell me there are no yogurt lands in my area I search by city and zip code and it never finds a location     Lame

I was looking forward to using this app since I love Yogurtland It was very disappointing to find that the app was useless without being able to enter my location but they fixed it Thank you Yogurtland                 All works now

I tried to register my card and there is a serious flaw The app cannot locate a store nearby so the registration process cannot be completed This renders this app completely useless The July 5 2015 update fails to address this serious flaw     Totally useless

Why does this app log you out By logging you off it becomes useless when you are trying to pay and apply the purchase toward rewards Enter userid open password vault find password switch back to Yogurtland app enter password Seriously Not happening     Ridiculous

Ive been trying to use this app to track my rewards A few times I got to the front of the line ready to pay When I opened the app to show my virtual card and get the points the app made me login So about 10 people waited behind me in line while I tried to login only to get an error message What a terrible experience that has happened a few times Note to yogurtlands dumb app developers dont force people to login when trying to use the app This is used for yogurt rewards for gods sake This is not a banking app that requires strong security     Useless App

The app downloaded on my iPad not my iPhone and in iTunes it shows it on my phone not my iPad Location service worked fine for me but it does not show my rewards        Fix the glitches

This app has so much potentialif only more thought went into UIUX and content Firstly the pay feature is great but buried It should really be the landing screen as thats probably why most people have the app installed on their phone in the first place Secondly each section load takes a long time regardless of internet connectivity strength Thirdly the Flavors tab is useless because the same information can be found at the store Could use an update or entire app refresh        Good but could be much better

If the location of the flavors was always working this would be 5 stars        Flavors location doesnt always work

I love Yogurtland but this app could use some work First it desperately needs Passbook integration so it pops up on the lock screen as soon as Im near a location like the Starbucks app does Also the bar code they use in the app for your rewards card is way too small So most of the time it doesnt work when the cashier scans it They have to enter it manually If they used the Passbook integration the bar code could fill the screen making it more reliable They really need to adopt Apple Pay PayPal Google Wallet or other types of electronic payments as well Lastly the app is too busy and confusing You have to tap through too many menus to find your current points rewards or ounces to next levels The UI could definitely be streamlined        Passbook integration please

The location finder is quite picky Sometimes it wants city names Sometimes it wants zip codes I also think they should implement something where if a store didnt post their flavors of the day Customers can post them to the app for points or some kind of reward        Locationflavors
