I am a dancer and have been doing yoga for years but cant make it to a class very often these days This app is excellent for someone who roughly knows a flow sequence already It moves just at the right pace for me The instructions are clear and timed well so that you really feel like you are in a class I have tried 3 other popular yoga apps some with the function to create your own session I liked the idea of it but it never really works out well the flow is broken the transitions between poses dont always make sense etc While you cant change the sequence of this class it is interesting enough and moves well enough that I wouldnt want to The lovely setting for the video is a bonus though I dont look at it while practicing excellent flow class

I enjoyed the black and white yoga so looked for another class by the same teacher This class is the same as the 30minute bw flow If you are going to post the exact same class it should be indicated before purchase I did like the class this is just disappointing to have bought it twice Same as her other apppaid twice

I just used this app In my room before I am attending a wedding it was good It was about 30 minutes which is what I was looking for time wise I wish they would have put that in the description The class was good but Im addicted to more arms and I wished the flow would have been longer But it was fine for a quick fix I like a lot of arms and perhaps thats my thing but Im happy to have done a workout and now I dont feel like a loser I want to recommend another app here for pilates its quit good and a video like this its call QE2 and its a nice flow as well I did the abs with this and it was a good combo Yogatraveler
Its so nice to do an app that leads you through a practice that makes you feel like you are in an actual class This is a great class and I felt awesome afterwards I am definitely going to recommend this app to my friends Love this flow
I bought this app after doing the black and white vinyasa flow for a couple of weeks It blows my mind that I have yoga back in my life on a daily basis I feel so good and more grounded and more compassionate I like hearing the kids playing in the background I love the seaside setting and the breath awareness Thanks for this amazing flow Wonderful 30 min Flow
