Yesware - email tracking in gmail for sales productivity

I was impressed with the first version of Yesware for iOS but Im really blown away by the improvements and features theyve added since then I cant wait to see whats next                 Keeps getting better and better

My companys email is managed through Microsoft 365 I use the cloud version and plug in within outlook however I was saddened to see that it is not yet supported by the mobile app     Adding Microsoft Exchange Access to Mobile App

This will completely replace my iPhone email client Great app with a bunch of new featureslove tracking and notifications I particularly like the fact that I can add multiple accounts now                 My new email client

I love Yesware on my Mac and now I can send tracked emails from my phone too Its great I really like the addition of gestures too Im a mailbox user and this felt like a natural fit for any email client now                 Getting better every update

I have used Yesware on my computer for about a year It is a great program The problem was I have been using my iphone more and more for email and until now I could not track those emails when sending from the phone Yesware for the iPhone is good news                 Yesware for the iPhone Yes

Tracking check Alerts on open check Templates check but until this links into SalesForce for logging emails into CRM like the desktop client it is still unusable for me You are close but still missing one of the key components to client interaction        Not really there

Think this will come in very handy for stuff you send that want to know if opened Use the app for that and regular emails just use gmail app Very solid app and seems one of more useful I have come across                 Pretty cool app

Love the new cleaned up interface The app has such a sleek feel to it So happy I can set reminders now with my emails so that I can remember to follow up with people right from my phone Keep the features coming                 Must have app for getting the deal done

Yesware has covered almost every base with this excellent refresh but it still could use the ability to add attachments through Dropbox via a link to the document Also I would prefer some form of an archive all button but I doubt that is a universal desire Overall even without the tracking service this app is surely better than the native mail app in terms of functionality and reliability Great job on the update                 Please Add Dropbox Attachments

Great to have this as an iOS app now Ive used Yesware for years now in my Gmail for business and its the bestcheapest solution for tracking emails but better you can loadin dozens of canned templates to use in any context These save so much time especially if youre tired of typing the same thing over and over                 The best email companion

This app doesnt always track your emails They have glitches in their system and I have to email them to say whats going on Also it doesnt sync correctly with my laptop What I see on my phone is not what I see on my laptop They are not syncing correctly Also the city where the email was opened is almost always wrong Currently I am unable to send emails with an attachment This app has been extremely frustrating and unreliable at best     Unreliable at best

The workflow is intuitive but ive had some missing emails Yesware shows new email notification on lock screen but then no email appears on opening or anytime after that           Good app but a critical instability exists

I love being able to tell whenif recruiters open my resumes in gmail and this app is very intuitive and user friendly                 Wouldnt send an important email without Yesware

Two weeks in and this is becoming an indispensable tool for me The email app does most of what I need it to do on the go Very pleased                 Loving YesWare so far

Yeeeeeessssssss You killed Gmail on my phone You also put a ton of in my pocket as Ill now be able to work onthego Initial Feedback Slick UIUX I love the simplicity monotone colors layout etc Templates support Hellz yes Thank you Reminders support please I use Reminders for every email I send In the meantime of yall supporting Reminders on Mobile Ill have to not archive my sent mail then set the reminder with Boomerang manually from my Desktop Hyperlinks support please Scattered URLs in my emails turn my customers off big time theyve let me know that many times Search support please Every email I send to a given customer after the initial email is sentreplied from the former emailthread I cant searchfind such emails so am forced to send an entirely new email to the customer that may confuse them as they wont have any context Drafts Folder support please I dont see my Drafts folder anywhere although I do seem to be able to access a draft by clicking the respective email thread That isnt labeled as a Draft and isnt too intuitive IMHO Thread UI When clicking an email Id prefer it to go directly to that email with the Thread emails beneath just like in Gmail Its confusing and unnecessary IMHO for me to have to click every email in the Thread Inconsistent Icons It looks like the Archive icon is a box with the down arrow with the swipeleft gesture on an email Thats what Id expect as its consistent with Gmail However when Im viewing an email in the bottomleft it looks like the Archive icon is a file cabinet box Thats inconsistent and confuses me Archive on Swipe please Itd be nice to eliminate a click by archiving the message when I see the green Archive icon after a swipeleft gesture on an email rather than having me click the icon after the swipeleft gesture           Gmail Killer

Love the app but the update 15 adds Reminders but created a problem when adding other email addresses beyond the first one from contacts to the email It now opens the Apples native email app Needs to be fixed        Update 15

This is ridiculous I cant use the mobile template because it blacks out as soon as I skip to the next section to fill in Very crucial that Im able to send a trackable email to a prospect no matter if Im on mobile or in email Unacceptable Im not sure if the iOS9 update is responsible though           Cant use template on mobile
