This app had awesome potential but the developers have abandoned the app entirely It glitches out since recent updates you can t even contact the developer on any of their contact lists     Don t get this BaneGates
I like the concept of the app but it takes some getting used to in order to create your own routines I ve had to recreate my routines a couple of times because as I add new ones it either deletes or overwrites my existing ones It could provide better analytics instead of just summary of days and total weight lifted Fun stats but better details would be great Even comparison of weight lifted by date would help determine strength gain An option to share routines with workout partners would be great instead of having to manually load the routine A canned database of exercises would also make building routines faster and easier Custom timer countdown between             Takes some getting used to Mswhit5+1

Fitted Lifts is very easy to use The only criticisms would be that I can t go back and edit a workout if I forgot to add a set s Since I use it to track my workout I have noticed that it will sometimes switch what workout I m inputting my numbers into which is more of an annoyance than a big issue Great app overall though and gets the job done                 Works Really Well Arrow1994

Not real user friendly When adding an exercise or creating your own routine the app closes without saving what was entered unless you click on the plus sign to add another exercise then it will cue you to enter your sets reps before saving But you have to come onto this by accident Also it would freeze and not allow futher entry including saving what you just added I gave up after trying for two days to get my routine entered I found another app and downloaded it and am much happier         trouble using this app Wishing I hadn't paid for this

Getting back into weightlifting has been a challenge In the past I used to use the paper and pen approach to keep track of my progress Using this new program I have stayed on track stayed focused in progress more than I have in the past This is definitely the tool you want                 Lifting program
Tried several similar apps settled on this one because easy to create routines and track sets and interval rests while in the gym I have two functionality improvements that for me would make it a five star app 1 ability to edit sets better such as past days workouts when I realize I made an entry error and ability to delete erroneous entered sets I can edit an entered set but not delete it entirely 2 better stats tracking such as graph showing progress for a specific workout or specific exercise over time see my fitness pal progress tracking for food example              Good UI easy to use

This App does not have a lifting menu to choose from You either do the sample workout or make up your own It says that either you input your own lifting program or consult with a friend or trainer who can help you Doesnt this defeat the purpose of buying a lifting App If you are new to lifting and do not have a clear idea of how to exercise or what exercises to choose from then definitely do not waste your money and time with this App Very disappointed     Junk App
Id give the app a 5 if it had just one more featureit might be nice to have a placeholder to associate with a completed set on an exercise weight to move up to next time For example I just did 3 leg press sets at 300 and I want to move it up to 350 next time I do the workout so there would be a place to insert that value At present I have to keep it in a notebook even if I use your app as there is no place to put it Also the support feedback email address built into the app rejects as a nonexistent address as of today anyway so I posted this feedback here after originally trying to send it directly to the developer and having it kick back to me twice              Almost a 5

There has been no other app to come close to what this app is capable of I was able to get it for free over a year ago and even though its no longer a fee app I have friends that will still download it because they see me use it with ease Great app                 Just Loving This App
This has been a great app so far for tracking what I left each day I like how it shows you what you previously lifted in an exercise when you enter new sets of that exercise to give you an idea of what you were at before Also I created a workout routine that I do on MWF and one on TThSat and when I accidentally duplicated an exercise it recognized this and showed me it was being completed on the other workout Entering weight is easy and quick No complicated taps or swipes Thanks for developing this app                 Very convenient
This ap is easy to use and much better than carrying around a pencil and paper at the gym Most of us already have our phones with us for music so using my phone to log sets reps and weight lifted was a no brainer                 No more note pad at gym

I have been using this app for a couple weeks now I like that its easy to enter your sets One improvement I would like to see is a swipe or scroll function to see the history of your sets from the set entry screen It would be nice to have easy access to two to four sets in the past Otherwise its easy to use and convenient              Like it so far

I track all my lifts with this apps I also use it to track elliptical mins and calories burned Sit ups reps everything that has reps or minutes can be track I have used this for over a year and its great at keeping me on track and I can increase reps and or weights whenever I need to Fantastic app None better                 Great stats for any work

I use it 35 days a week for 2 years now My biggest complaint is that you have to have unique names for lifts if they are in multiple plans If workout A has squats when you setup workout B if you type in squats Any weight you log to workout A will automatic duplicate to workout B So I name it squats b chest b Annoying if you have many different plans        Quick and easy but
