Its official They announced in game today that they are shutting the game down at the end of November     Game is cancelled They are shutting down

Pull rates of cards on the special machines are ridiculously slim feel like Im playing the lottery And game crashes at some unfortunate times like right after you use some special event items which are then gone But I still like it           Good game especially team play but

This game is so amazing because u get to see old characters and some modern characters and the game reminds me of the old arcade game you couldve played just so awesome and thank you people for making this brings back old memories                 Cool game its awesome and fun

Freaking fun started slow but once you get into swing of things and power up kinda fun and addicting great play for when you on the go and have no access to your consoles                 Xmen battle of the atom

Playnext pulled the plug on a game that a tons of people played So many people are out of money Way to screw your consumers     Dont play

PlayNext is shutting the game down for good on November 30th after they just suckered tons of players into spending hard earned money on a new event BEWARE     DO NOT SPEND CASH

This is the coolest card collecting game on the market extremely addicting and it is fun to play especially when you start getting cards that you actually want to build your team with BUT the chances of completing that team you want or settling for whatever team you manage to get seem impossible DONT be stupid and think you can assemble a great team with card packs It wont happen its like playing the lottery You can throw 60 into this game and get ONE UR card and the other 25 cards you get would probably go into transfusing your ONE UR card bc theyre useless and repetitive And btw the high ranking teams seem to snatch all the UR and ER cards from the card packs and the lottery It cant be a coincidence its probably the developers trying to make it seem possible that you can have a chance to get the cards you desire Dont waste your money I would say its enjoyable to spend your time playing this game but after a while you wont be competitive and the development team will do a good job to mislead your hopes and hard earned money with advertisements        Great Game Bad Development

This game is a fun way to spend a few hours Also fueling my desire to go back and read some of the years of comics I missed              Amusing and fun

I feel like this game had a ton of potential especially considering it had vast resources to pick from with the XMen license But poor execution by the company the decision to have ingame forums mediocre reward tiers and middling customer service ultimately ruined this game I highly suggest people go play something else because I wouldnt want them to feel as disappointed as I feel now playing this sham of a XMen game Youd think Bryan Singer was running things     Great Promise Underwhelming Results

This game has so much potential but it has yet to acted upon Rather than fixing the game so that trading is a function they spend time creating more cards that can only be bought F2p players stand next to no chance of receiving good cards Recently a mistake happened that allowed everyone a shot at these cards and the gms wasted no time taking them all back Even going so far as to also take cards from those who paid for them The game has so much potential but they are focused on money and it is creating a unbalanced game     Potential

Events are constantly broken or mismanaged card packs are stupid expensive for low drop rates and server issues are the norm not the exception Marvel should pull this license and sell it to a more competent company     Terrible game by a terrible dev team

I have played this game for over a year and gave this game a great review at the start Now it has crumbled under the weight of its own mistakes We have had countless events that have crashed on players numerous times general managers of the game are nowhere to be found anymore on top of recent mistakes regarding stats of cards personal inventory items missing and inapp purchase mistakes making this game disgustingly unbearable to play The community is upset and is on the verge of quitting One of the best super hero franchises to ever be created is being slapped in the face by poor management Pull it together people     Nothing but disappointment

Poorly managed by the development team Vast majority of events are broken cards are falsely advertised developers constantly break their word Not all advertised cards are released Game is only playable on the lowest settings with no sfxthat is when the game works Personally I would recommend that this game get removed from the App Store     Avoid the game

The 4 star rating and great reviews are written by the developers or casual players of this game The basic engine of the game is ok but you have mandatory 30 min battles six times a day Not many people can accommodate a schedule like this and the ones who can have a large advantage during special events You build decks of xmen teams with new teams bring released every week and each deck more powerful than the last To make things worse new decks are only available to those who pay obscene amounts of money You need to spend about 35 to have a reasonable chance at a Ultra Rare card Youll get about 1012 cards depending on the promotion at the time About 810 of these cards will be the same worthless feeder cards you can get for free once a day The last 23 cards may be of slightly higher value and every once in a while youll get really valuable cards for the last 23 However sometimes you dont and for 35 all you get are worthless cards They do have events where you can earn free cards of value but very few and far between The wording on promotions is often very deceptive For instance they once advertised a flat fee for a team card but what they meant was you would get a card from that team and not the very valuable team card they published a pic of Their support is worthless and they never make you whole in situations like this On the positive side you build a team of members and youll likely bond with your teammates however the community is shrinking everyday They estimate a community of about 15000 on their fb page but many members open multiple accounts to try to even the odds of getting free cards So the actual size seems closer to 2000 If youve been playing already youll likely want to see your investment through to the end which the way these guys upset paying customers should be in a few months If you havent started playing this gameDONT Its nothing but a shameless money grab and any honest player who plays this game will say the same     Card shop not card game

Good Use Of Time If You Start Right With The Story And Stick To It              Good

I have played BOTA for over a year and a half Like anything else in life it had a lot it had its up and downs it had the good and the bad it had the competitiveness and the laid back it had the option to pay to play and even to play for free if you decided to be F2P it was very doable and still have a great deck how do I know Because that was me it had people from all over the world and people that were closer but All good things come to an end eventually We were told probably about a month ago that the game will be shutting down completely on November 30th so I just wanted to take the time to let you all know that if you are thinking about downloading and playing this game which in my opinion has been great dont get too attached to it since it wont be around much longer I have made some life long friends from the game and will be forever grateful for the time we had making memories and playing a game we loved so much Thank you PlayNext for the memories Good luck in the future and I sure hope that there is another game out there that we can get the team and the BOTA Family back together again and have just as much fun as we did playing BOTA              APP CLOSING NOVEMBER 30th

Ive lived playing this game Only thing Ive found aggravating is occasional lag in game play and the occasional odd opponents your team is out up against Other thing that is annoying me at the moment is I just upgraded to a new phone This like many other of my games Ive having fun getting everything to my new phone              Great Game

The game will not work on my iPhone 6 plus It keeps freezing and will not keep a Internet connection I even deleted the game to try and restart it but it takes to the same screen that I close and deleted the app on     Will not work
