I just got an iPhone 6 and now the app keeps telling me there is an SSL error and wont let me log in SSL ERROR

The app is lagging behind the website in features security and completeness The website offers online bill pay but the iPhone app lacks this very important feature Otherwise its still a fairly useful app even in the current old version Needs update and bill pay

The app doesnt work At all It brings up a black blank screen and freezes my whole phone Am deleting I would give it a zero

This last update ruined an amazingly helpful app Now it wont even open Still crashing

After the update all I get is a black screen Hope this gets fixed soon Black screen

Why such a low rating Because you cant even sign in Totally worthless So disappointed and there hasnt been an update in over a year Less than one star

I am kicking myself right now for updating this app Before the update it was Great It was one of the few very useful apps that could run on my first gen ipadI could review my account quickly and make payments or transfers on the fly It was awesome Now nothing It crashes I get a black screen for a brief second and then I am back to my home screen Please guys roll the update back Put it back Please

I wasnt able to log in when I installed this ap on my iPhone 5s I called customer service and they deleted the login record 48 attempts Im not that persistent Anyway the app works fine now I havent used it enough yet to give it a higher rating but since others are having this problem Login Problems

This app makes mobile banking easy Transfers bill pay balances etc My favorite feature is check deposit simply take a picture of a check without having to go to the bank It remembers my username and password easily disabled if you choose Works perfectly

I used this app a lot before today After this upgrade I got the black screen What is going on What happened

Im giving a 2 star decided to uninstall then reinstall from the cloud Was able to get the new app to login screen but it took a long time to process then got an error screen code 500 Whatever that means Finally got it to kinda work

I really want to use this app but without it showing the pending transactions you dont know your true balance or availability Anyone who banks here knows they like to throw ALL pending debits at you before a pending deposit goes through to get you with as many fees as possible Truly sad Id expect this from a bank Pending transactions

I havent been able to get the app to work for months either and neither can my husband Ive tried reinstalling and we even changed our signon and PW online to see if it would help I got on here to find help but now I see everyone is getting the same error message as us CRAPPY Wont work anymore

I love the app Works great on my phone It does need better multiple account integration Not bad for a first attempt I would add there needs to be a way to reduce wait times The Verifying Login Info screen takes so long sometimes that I abandon my login Lets fix that I would like to be able to have if always go to my current transactions for my checkings since I always do that Thanks Great but room for improvement

This app is very slow in loading both account balances and transactions The website loads much faster but requires more authentication steps which is why I use the app But either way checking your acct balance takes longer than it should The app has yet to be updated to take advantage of the increased screen size of iPhone 5 Slow needs iPhone 5 update

I love this app its a cant live without BUT today has stopped working and wont let me log on I dont know what the problem is fingers crossed this will be up and running very soon I use this a couple times a week for all my banking Paying loans transferring money or just checking on my account Love it Fiscal tech 2

I keep getting a network error message though I am entering my info correctly Network error

The app still works but they update their website and you need to use your new updated online ID instead of your account number to log in I also reinstalled it before trying to use my online ID so I dont know if that matters but its working now Still works

Love this app but the last coupe times Ive tried mobile deposits it tells me the amount I entered is different than the detected amount Well Ive double and triple checked and Im entering the right amount Mobile Deposit Not Working

Overall I have to say after using this app for a couple of years and its very good But they really need to allow you to put a note with a transfer or deposit like they do on the website I hope they continue to improve this app Good app but enhancements needed

I switched from Chase where I used mobile deposit and loved it I switched about 6 months before I moved to an area without a WSECU branch nearby and had to rely on shared branching to make deposits With the semirecently added mobile deposit feature I havent physically been to the bank in months It has so far worked seamlessly for me and Im quite happy 1 star because the app is as ugly as sin itself Great functionality though and I love WSECU Love mobile deposit

The app works as advertised but theres so much room for improvement The biggest issue I have with the updated app is the inability to fast switch between apps like calculator or iBank and resume where I left off without having to log in again That alone makes it virtually unusable when considering how long the login process is now Its getting worse not better

While it is nice to be able to see my balance transfer funds from one account to another many common features in other banking apps are missing For example Mobile deposit transfer to other member accounts manage bill payment mobile banking Many of these features are already available in BECUs app Why does WSECU seem to trail others in adopting technology where other small banks and CUs without physical locations try to be the first to adopt technology to compensate for fewer fixed locations and differentiate themselves from larger players Functional but missing common features

This needs to be fixed I dont have time to run to my bank location which is in another city to deposit my checks If this keeps happening Im going to move to a local bank Crashes when depositing checks

After downloading this update my password does not work I cant access my account through this app Login

I was nervous at first about the security and ease of using mobile banking app It was very easy to use and have the option of keeping my login info safe Thank you for a great banking app Easy to use

If you are cautious enough to use a log username this app is useless It wont remember the username while you then to copy your password from your password keeper Im certainly not going to type that information on an iPhone keyboard at least not more than once By comparison the BECU app provides an option to remember the username while hiding it which is perfect for my needs giving me a chance to copy the username once then copy the password as required for login Login is hopeless

App works just like it says it does I havent tried out billpay yet but Ill be using it soon I like how it saves my login and password so I dont have to enter it every time I wish it had mobile check deposit though Pretty good app
