There is no way to edit your trips once they ve been submitted and therefore information given is irrelevant because plans changed Looks like you have to completely delete and restart if you want to change one little detail If that s not the case then the app is very unintuitive because I can t find it anywhere there OR online         Can t edit trips Rns1422

I understand why my organization subscribes to this service as it provides useful information The problem is that the app doesn t work and the website is even worse characters are scrambled That s if you even get into the service because logins are a choir         Service ok apps and login problems crap DDGCPA

Need an alert for a road closure 1800 miles from you this is the app otherwise nearly useless And you can t even change what it prompts you about The best thing about those apposite comes with a delete button     Alerts are for locations FAR from you B1ke_R1der

Have never been able to log in even after the most recent update It either says login failed even though I know my username and password are correct or I get to the terms and conditions page tick the box and nothing happens So kind of a useless app if one can t use it     Can t log in EdHinDC

Have never been able to successfully login to the software just sits there spinning saying logging in or at least it did now it fails to completely launch just a grey screen Have reinstalled with the same result Totally useless     Total failure Worst-ever
