For 10 years I have been complaining to Woolworths about their app For years you could only view a limited number of transactions unlike every other financial institution and my complaints to them fell on deaf ears Now the security access is so unusable that it is useless Where is the finger touch authentication Why must be kicked out so much Why must I have to keep on deleting the app and re installing it It simply does not work Full stop     Not even worth 1 star for financial info GavinEales

One didn t have to log in every time but now after the latest version you have to do it every time you open the app Best way to discourage your users from using their vouchers Based on reviews Woolworths clearly are not listening to their customers They need to decide if this a banking app or loyalty app as the security is completely different     Repeat logging in waste of time Disenchanted1000

The first time I registered the app worked and I was happy having access to vouchers linked to my card When I next tried to the vouchers the intro adverts kept on replaying and I was unable to use app Intro advert is too long which is annoying     App linked to loyalty J9_(SA)

Ridiculous South Africa uses British conventions yet in your app for voucher expiry dates you use American format Sloppy low quality errors     Why do you use American date format Brvm
