Im very disappointed in your new station I want to open a new story not an individuals point of view Why do you have this Kim Wendall writing the stories that are basically her opinion Her attitude is terrible and theres never any optimism and her story line News or opinion

I have had this app since the iPhone4 This last update was the straw that broke the camels back I HATE this app So much so Ive deleted it off my phone I loved being able to open it and get a quick look at the headlines NOT ANY MORE Now you have to navigate a series of picture menus HELL NO GOODBYE Worst ever
This app was a go to for local news for me over the past year but I am deleting it now because of the annoying advertising It is yet another app that purposely puts ads in spots where you touch to scroll through a feed If they think people want to accidentally click a link to a marketing web page and then become interested in the product they have got to be kidding themselves They probably get paid for the accidental clicks too DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app for your local news Annoying Advertising

1 Ads in between stories cause scrolling to jump 2 If you try to read a story you cant go back to where you left off it jumps back to first story Frustration using on iPhone

I absolutely hate scrolling through this app If you scroll too hard or far you go right by the last story in a section and jump to the next section eg from top stories to Ohio news Very frustrating Its hard to control and not user friendly When that happens I close the app The ads are hard to scroll passed as well Very hard to scroll

With the last 2 updates the live video feed will no longer rotate to provide full screen video on the iPhone I sent a note to Gannett support weeks ago but there was not even an auto response saying it was received so maybe a few bad reviews will get some attention The streaming video is great when traveling and trying to track the news at home but the small screen view is very frustrating Loss of full screen live video is frustrating
Just got it but read news easily and can slide to next story Videos played easily and fast Finally a good news app So far its great

WKYC used to be my favorite for local news but no longer Most of the screen is irritating advertising with news making up only onethird The previous version was far better

I dont like this app for one reason When an alert appears on my phone for a news story I swipe the alert expecting to go to the story But it doesnt It just opens the app and most times I cannot even find to story that it just announced Dont like it
