The app is functional and works but takes up way too much space in its cache It shouldnt take over 1gb to access the songs theres got to be a better way to do it because it takes forever Also it should let us use the playlists we have in our music app I hope the app gets better before Apple music comes out Takes so much space

With this update the app only seems to be able to find part of the music on my iPhone My wife first saw it on her iPhone which caused me to check my phone Some albums are partially there others are completely missing The songs are all stored on my phone Buggy release

Everything was fine until I downloaded the update and now my soundbar doesnt show the surround button so I can link my wireless speakers to it as surround sound system Please fix the app and issue new updated app that works properly I need my surround sound back I have only had this system for 2 12 months and I would like to have the wireless surround sound system that I paid big bucks for Cmon Samsung With new version of app my surround sound does not work

I updated both of my M7s firmware as well as the app update and now all my speakers do is power cycle Great Never have gotten these to work right yet and dont see much help coming in the future Buy Sonos and you wont have these issues New app power cycles speakers

The app crashes ALL THE TIME The alarm doesnt work anymore so I was late for work this morning It is not very intuitive and doesnt show all music on my phone If it would work as it should and see music would be 34 stars Would rate at 5 stars if it were more intuitive Please fix Samsung I spent a ton of money on this system instead of Sonos App not reliable on IPhone 6
This is the most malfunctioning family of consumer products I have ever made the mistake of wasting money on It doesnt matter how many app updates they do The app still crashes constantly speakers disappear from the system every time you turn it on necessitating setting up again from the beginning and the 300 linkmate component does not in any way work as advertised the system sees it as a speaker not a music source so no your old stereo will not play back through it Waiting for the inevitable class action lawsuit Worst CE product

After so many updates still no improvements Absolutely unacceptable und disappointing The app will not connect to the speaker on wired connection never can find the speaker It will not save the speaker after connecting with wireless connection after closing the app and reopening have to go every time again through all setup Frustrating and disappointing For this price one star rating is to many Terrible

The original app worked great The alarm was set my speaker went off at 615 and it was the perfect thing to wake me up Now this colorful app doesnt let me do that anymore The alarm options shows up when it feels like it but mostly it just doesnt show up or go off when set Samsung You took a great thing and you broke it Aly G The app used to be good

The older versions of the app were unstable and couldnt find music on my phone but with this new version of the app all I get are unknown error messages and nothing will play I dont know how Sonos makes it so effortless to play music and this Samsung system is so hard to use 52715 Update The app still give me unknown error messages whenever I try to play music I have the newest OS installed I reset the speakers hub and my wifi connection Its so annoying that it just suddenly stopped playing music Also DO NOT LEAVE THE APP ON IN THE BACKGROUND I accidentally left it the app running while I went to lunch and my phone died before I got home Usually I can go a full day without recharging Terrible interface Speakers are good but the app is horrid

App doesnt work Cant get past the tutorial as the button doesnt work Cant use the app until you get through the tutorial Might as well return my equipment and go with LG Ok app does work just requires a work around I got past the tutorial by opening the app from the App Store and not directly from the icon for whatever reason Once I got past was able to connect my device Worthless

How about not updating until its working correctly There have been nothing but problems since this update Old version may not have been pretty but it worked a heck of a lot better So disappointed after spending all this money on this system and the app is terrible now Seriously

I bought a sound bar with sub 399 and a M5 set with hub 199 So I have 600 invested in this Samsung and its all built around wifi and this app But all this app does is crashso I cant use these speakers Fortunately they do seem to be working with the smart tv 1799 It would be really nice if this so gets fixed because myself and others are spending a lot of money for these products App Crashes all the time
This update disabled the Bluetooth connectivity of my M7 as soon as the app connected with the speaker I already had to send the speaker to Samsung after completely failing within 30 days of purchase Now it looks like its back to Samsung again in less than 12 months Dont do it
There is a bug and you will loose the ability to have surround sound with a Samsung soundbar and wireless speakers The previous version worked just fine In fact it was the only version that worked all the time The problem is that the soundbar only has a group link There is no link for surround so you cant even try to have surround sound Tech support says they have no reports of the problem but would file one of my contact with them Keeping fingers crossed it wont take over 6 months like it did to get the previous one that worked great Stop dont download this version
