I recently purchased an iPad pro and needed to restore my existing iPad magazine subscription Every magazine subscription successfully restored except for my Wired UK subscription Uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times logging out of and into my Apple ID and always the same error restoring purchases failed This despite the fact that I am logged into the same Apple ID on my iPhone and have no trouble accessing my subscription on the iPhone app Additionally every time I have attempted to contact customer service about this I have been greeted by unhelpful form letters one informing me that we do not publish this magazine from the very email given as customer service email bouncebacks or customer service reps that just could not help at all This quite frankly execrable level of customer service is profoundly unacceptable                 Fix Your iPad App NOW israelbeta

I paid for my subscription and I can t log in with my information I contacted their customer service and they told me they didn t handle Apple Store transactions I told them I purchased the subscription on their website They asked me for proof of payment I sent a copy of my statement and a print screen of the confirmation I received on their website They told me they couldn t help me because they only handle UK transactions This is the worst customer service ever and now I m going to have to contact my bank to get rid of the recurring charge     Paid for subscription Can t log in PurrrfectKitten
