I bought the monitor after months of research and getting feed back from family that have used it before It took my husband over 2 hours on the phone trying to hook it up to our wifi with customer support The video quality is fantastic when it s not freezing or worse not working at all My husband has recently emailed the company and has waited for a response for days My daughter has medical issues and we rely on the video monitor at night to make sure she is alright I am very disappointed and frustrated that nobody has contacted us back Not only have we not received a call back we had to pay 30 to get a call back I paid a lot of money for this product and do not see why I need to pay more to get it working I recommend people do their research and maybe go with a different monitor         Customer Support Renee SB

My app was working great before the new IOS update The update seems to have stopped the app from connecting remotely I reached out to WiFi baby for support and they sent me a link so that I can pay 29 for phone support It is their responsibility to fix any issues caused by the update they apparently don t seem to think so I am now stuck not being able to remotely connect to my camera or pay them to fix something that I am not responsible for Guess I ll have to buy a different one from another company that actually cares     They use to be helpful Not anymore bigwig8

If you and your family keep your iOS devices up to date with the latest iOS software from Apple and upgrade regularly you may want to consider other alternatives to WIFI Baby I ve been using a single camera in our twin nursery now for 4 months and while the installation experience and user interface leave a lot to be desired when you do finally get things set up the system work relatively well The problem is that both the mobile and desktop apps have an incredibly dated user interface years behind some other web cameras and baby monitors The app often breaks after updating iOS and WIFI baby app updates in general are few and far apart Don t expect regular updates WIFI baby has some very nice features which is why I decided on one initially but the lack of regular app updates the poorly designed mobile and desktop apps and a few other issues I ve had with the system would prevent me from recommending this baby monitoring system At this price point we should all expect better overall and more reliable experience     Caution Buyers should consider M. I have had the cameras and they are great I purchased the app because the old app I had is not supported in os11 The app is difficult to change the configuration and I have requested support three times but am told the purchase of my camera is over a year old so I can t get any help Don t waste your money on this app     Worst app Jefft765435

Purchased a new camera from WiFi Baby and downloaded their app coming from Baby Monitor HD which wasn t updated to support 64 bit a lot of the same features are present which is good however three big ones are missing 1 Can t dim the screen while video is active 2 a long press on the video does not turn on the speaker to listen 3 video size cannot be adjusted it s either squished at the top in portrait mode or takes up entire screen in landscape Overall the app is good and it s nice they are up to date with 64 but support hopefully these additional features or something like it will be added in future releases             Transitioning from Baby Monitor HD JP31980

This app is useless unless you have a charging cord to use The battery of my iPhone 6plus is gone from a 100 charge in around 5 hours What s the point if you cannot even use the app during a baby s sleep through the night Update Continues to be a horrible battery drain Also regular dropping of connection and need to work with their tech This was fine when it was still in the 1 year warranty period as it was included but now that we are out of their coverage guess what They try to charge you 29 99 for a phone call What a rip off This company is just wants to take as much of the owners money as they can this on top of an already extortionist 250 price for the camera equipment What a joke as is their whole company Stay away     Terrible battery drain n0_n4m3

I set up three cameras on the app for my wife and I Later we came back to the app and for some reason it would only recognize the two of the three cameras when we were in the house on our wifi not exactly when we needed the monitors Now I m trying to set them up again and it is extremely frustrating For some reason this app doesn t work right despite apparently following directions closely If I could do it again I would pick an app with more user friendly set up     Buggy and Not User Friendly Matt2789

We purchased WiFi Baby after it coming highly recommended by a friend The set up was easy and we have not had any issues with connection We did have one issue our fault we unplugged the router and when we called the customer service we were immediately helped The customer service given to us by both email and over the phone were outstanding We would definitely recommend WiFi Baby to anyone looking for a baby monitor                     We love it Beccawager

I have loved this camera and monitor and the ease to work with it I needed help setting it up as I am a grandmother and not too savvy with computers but they have such a fine support team that set up a time and called me up and helped me set it up When the camera after a year stopped working and I called the support team they tried resetting it and when that did not work replaced it for me All in all the camera has a very clear picture during the day and night and my children s friends who also have baby cams have also admired the clarity of my wifi baby monitor                 Wifi baby monitor ShachiR

Let s start with the camera the picture at night is crystal clear I can pinch and zoom in and see my baby s chest going up and down yes I ve done that on multiple occasions you control everything so if you play a noise machine like we do or maybe play a little music for your baby you can block that from going through and all you hear is your baby GENIUS Now let s talk support Any question and I mean any question is answered promptly and if you need them to remotely take over your computer to help you they do that too We ve tried other monitors but nothing compares This is worth every penny The peace of mind it gives me is absolutely priceless                     Absolute BEST monitor out there Jdlmommaofbaby

Pros remote viewing is free can easily transfer info from app to a second phone idpad etc with the send receive feature can see toddler s whole room when placed in ceiling corner switches from day night vision well Cons IMPOSSIBLE to set up on your own Literally Unless you a a tech genius that reads code When I tried to set it up myself the first time and finally called tech support very annoying and lengthy process to fill out form and wait to hear back from them to set up a time to help you set up it was days in not weeks before we finally could use our camera the tech guy was shocked I got as far as I did on my own and said Wow no one has every got that far before I m impressed Literally everyone has to call us to get the camera set up This was not made clear in the product description tech support charges you 20 every time you move or get a new router etc By no fault of our own we have had to get 4 new routers and moved in the 3 years we ve had the camera That would have been 120 extra dollars they wanted for getting our camera to function I could have bought another whole camera for that price I never read that in the product description 2013 version not able to pan tilt no recording or photo taking capability on app not able to talk sing to baby through monitor zoom makes image very blurry     Setup process is horrible Jenny Maree

This app and Camera are absolutely fantastic WHEN THEY WORK I literally have to reset and run set up on the camera every other day I cannot tell you how annoying that is The image I m used to seeing on this app screen is Trying to reconnect because unfortunately that s what happens most of the time it cannot find the camera I don t believe the problem is really with the app as it is with the camera     H O R R I B L E Charlie Again

This app is completely unreliable it takes between 10 20 minutes to recognize the camera that is if it connects at all I would not recommend this app or camera to anybody I have tried contacting the company but they are no help In fact I find it pretty odd actual customers can t leave reviews on their website maybe they know the monitors they sell are unreliable     horrible horrible horrible lkxynxlmds

I would like to express my disappointment in the wifi baby app I was very happy with the app till I bought a 2nd camera The cameras alone are way too expensive not to have a free app that supports multiple cameras The sad part of it is both my wife and I had to purchase the multi camera support in the app because we use two different Apple IDs So we had to spend the money twice Because of this I will not be recommending the app if you plan to use more then one         Ok till you have a 2nd camera Parentch

Dear parents of young children I purchased this camera after a long drawn out search for the best video camera for my newborn I was happy to get the camera just before he was born I loved the camera for many months despite the need for their tech support to set up as it is very complicated when you have at t uverse Unfortunately around 16 months into use the camera started having problems It became very blurry at night vision and basically became useless I called tech support and they said they cannot help me unless i pay for their special tech support subscription So i did Then i spent about 20 emails back and forth with the tech support who concluded that the product is defective The night vision function has an issue with the camera which gets stuck I was happy to hear that this is the problem which i did not cause and then they said well sorry but you re beyond the warranty period and you must purchase a new camera sorry Being a parent with a newborn with a limited budget i was quite shocked that this product stopped working in night vision after only a year and a half of use Additionally after speaking with tech support it appears that they are aware of this issue She knew exactly what to test to diagnose the problem She even knew what companies out there fix it for you But my question is why why should i have to pay some company to fix a 200 camera with only a 1 1 2 yrs of use These cameras should last years as they are needed for years Why should i go spend another few hundred on their newer model in hopes this doesn t happen again what a scam Think twice before buying this camera     parents think twice before buying tbg22666

Yes it can be a hassle as it relies upon the reliability of your internet speed server but overall it does what it states It s nice to be able to see my daughter when I am at work late and not able to be at home with her and my husband It does run your battery down as it stays on in the background but I just charge my phone overnight or switch to my iPad when my phone runs out of juice Not a big deal                 It is fine daisyb99

We purchased this camera from Amazon before our daughter was born but didn t install it until she was 7 months old because we co slept until then We encountered numerous technical problems loss of signal upon change of Internet providers loss of signal following power outage loss of signal for no apparent reason and were told it would cost 20 for support one year after purchase While the camera is awesome it isn t worth the headache of the app         Great camera terrible support Boo2000001

This monitor is the biggest POS I have ever used We got it specifically to be able to monitor our child when we go back to work and also during the night so we can see if she s crying The app is worthless It crashes constantly won t connect on our iPhones even when standing in the same room as the monitor the app stayed open through the night a whole 1x and then never again it rarely sends alerts even when put on the lowest sensitivity and now it s taken to crashing my husband s iPhone We got double screwed by this POS monitor today we woke up to a screaming baby and the app had crashed my husband s iPhone randomly at some point in the night so his alarm never went off Thanks Wifi Baby You re a real star I will never buy a product from your company again and will warn every single pregnant person I see to not buy this super expensive POS baby monitor PS I gave 1 star because I can t submit 0 stars     100 POS Dhfhfsthnxhvdg

I m not sure what other people are talking about My wife and I have been using the WifiBaby2015 camera along with this app for about 4 months now without ANY problems I compared a lot of IP cameras before choosing this one and I still think that I made the right choice The app has some great features that other companies simply don t have A great example is the background audio This feature has been super reliable and in my opinion puts this app ahead of all the others It allows you to do other things on your phone or simply let the screen to turn off while still giving you audio from the monitor This is huge Another great feature is the AutoMute Our baby likes to chat away in her crib while looking at her mobiles or while sleeping she makes a few noises but isn t fussy or waking up The AutoMute feature lets me set a minimum to the audio level which I want to actually here aka when the baby is getting fussy This feature lets me read in quiet for example but still be alerted to when my baby needs attention I highly recommend this app and camera to others and I m looking forward to many new features in the future Thanks WifiBaby                     Best baby monitor app out there Chiviak
