What a great start Now support passbook I already pay 100 with Apple pay I dont want to have to fumble around with my phone just to get to the app to swipe my rewards card Needs passbook support
A rewards card that actually rewards you Love earning points for my weekly grocery shopping and redeem my points for off of my next shopping trip Oh yeah
Liked the app before the update now I get the blank screen at signin useless Regarding the old version though it doesnt make sense to me why in this day and age one would need to wait 48 hours for the coupons to activate Please fix this app

If you shop at whole foods this is the reward program for you If you dont then hop on board with a grocery store that doesnt want to poison your food like our government allows Get rewarded for buying unpoisoned food

The app is slow to load when at the register Need to be able to ad it to the wallet app for easy access App should use the whole food name so when I pull down on the home screen to search I can type in whole food instead of reward cause all I have to type is whole and it shows up Need better IOS integration
The way that the rewards are displayed is not very clear and I dont like that it takes 24 hours to redeem points that you have collected Im glad Whole Foods has a rewards program though Good idea but doesnt work that well

Tried to open the app at checkout and couldnt get the app to work Slow loading which held up checkout line Ended up not being able to get my card scanned Kind of worthless if you cant actually get the app to open while you are in the store And there is no posted method to get credit for missing visits or to print out coupons Not accessible at checkout

When will it be available for other stores I would like to use this reward program because I do buy a majority of my groceries from the whole foods in Tempe and Chandler in Arizona Make it available to other stores

If I can use ApplePay why cant this card be available in the iPhone Wallet Having to sign in to the WF app to use the rewards card negates the speed at checkout gained with Apple Pay Why no Wallet integration

I would think passbook support would be in WFs interest I imagine all the extra clicks required to unlock screen and open the app are having a real impact on checkout time and holding up the line Add a couple of young kids into the mix and it really slows things down Much quicker if the card just shows up on the lock screen when Im at whole foods Needs Passbook Support
I love the food at Whole Foods but lets face it shopping for healthy food can be expensive I love the rewards program because it helps offset some of that cost through points I can earn and it also tips me off to ways to earn bonus points as well as deals I can hit Its good stuff and totally free to do Makes shopping at Whole Foods even better
