On iPhone 5S running iOS 813 the app crashes immediately upon launch The splash screen doesnt even stay open long enough to read the logo Complete failure     Crashes immediately upon opening

There were several stores that havent listed on the map     Unknown stores

The Cheesecake Factory has been open at our local mall for a year and a half now Still not shown on the app Really A year and a half later you still cant find time to update the mall info Wow maybe you could use some of your money to pay an employee to update your app at least once a year SMH           Need To Keep Stores Updated

The previous version was great used it all the time since the mall Im near is so huge Now the app simply doesnt work Please update again so the nice new layout will work like the original     Looks nicewould be nice if it worked

I loved this app was very helpful I could switch to different malls easily Now all my favorite parts of the app are impossible to navigate I hope it is updated and changed back ASAP     New update

Not all Westfield malls are listed there is no search option for what center you need West Covina plaza is Westfield and not listed disappointed in the inaccuracies     What happened

I love this app But when you try to change centers the app now crashes on IOS 8 It was working great on IOS 7     Worked before but crashes on IOS8

I live in Beverly Hills and it keeps using the Fashion Square Center in the Valley as the closest Centereven after I agree to using my location There doesnt appear to be a way to select a Center in your app How come Arno     Your app doesnt work

Worked fine until I upgraded to iOS 8 now when I tap to open it just tries to open and closes right away     Doesnt work with iOS 8

I dont usually like writing harsh reviews however I honestly think the update for the app itself pretty much ruined the usability of the app because whenever I try to change the location of the map since I usually go to the mall in SF The app crashes on its own and I try to delete then reinstall the app however that does not work So hopefully Apple can come up with an idea to help the app become usable like it once was since not all of us live in the South Bay     Needs a new update

I use this app all the time and something I have been noticing is that it takes me through stores and doesnt give me directions inside the store It tells me to turn near a store that is far away from the turn and confuses me I think this app needs a major improvement        Needs Improvement

Cant search different mall locations And the GPS is wrong It keeps selecting culver city as the nearest location even when Im standing in century city     Horrible What idiot designed this app

Whoever designed the interactions and animation for that map should be fired straight into the sun The superfluous animations and unexpected map rotations REALLY disorient you and thats the exact opposite of what a map is supposed to do Im already lost and I havent even gotten to the mall yet Fix the map and Ill change my star rating     Really

I wouldve given this five stars in the previous version I love the movie feature that it has So much more convenient to look at versus going online or calling The movies wont update now even when I choose another date Also in the questions tab it goes into the earphone jack which is very annoying for voice over users I hope in the next update these issues are addressed        Was better before the update

Its a nice app whose main use is a very good mall map But somehow the designers did not consider how long their updates take to download over a cell phone connection in an actual mall Hint about 10 minutes over LTE The problem is the app remains unusable until that update fully downloads Which is a disaster when I need a map fast Which is always the first time I open the app that week so theres zero chance its up to date then Dear developers please put the update on an asynchronous thread in the background and do the legwork to put in the waiting for update messages for the bits that actually require an update but let the maps be used right out of the cache Theres 5 stars in it for you        Insists on downloading huge update before showing the map

I really love the concierge feature I also think the GPS feature is very useful Getting a route from one store to the other is a few touches away on my phone Very solid app                 Efficient app

Update Now 303 Matt did a quick update to the crashing problem and Apple checked and approved it quickly The result is a sweet app which now seems to be running just fine on our iPhones 5 6 plus our older iPad Nice looking and functioning app Im changing my rating from 1star to 5stars Kudos Ive just downloaded update 302 of Westfield US via iTunes Although it just appeared as an update today 12915 it shows as having been updated 81613 Bad is that it crashes as soon as I try to open it in my iPhone 6 and an older iPad both running the latest iOS 813 both updated yesterday                 Something odd now good

This app lets you pick what mall your at or near and allows you to view plenty of useful information on the mall itself as well as a list of stores and hours that you can search for or scroll through It also provides a short description of what stores and places in the mall offer contact information and theres also map thats very easy to navigate However I do feel that some of the information isnt updated very often and while I can understand that Westfield is a large company with many locations its sort of unfortunate when the app shows that there are still stores at a particular mall of which are no longer there or have been replaced Other than that I think that this is a pretty great app Just needs some updating              Great App to help you out

It used to work but as with many simple things it was improved and is now useless It forgot my centers and will not allow me to select one Completely useless     Horrible

I LOVE the map feature I think all malls and stores should do this I just wish the names of certain stores were large enough to read              Aside from small letters on certain stores love it

Every time I open the app it takes 20 min to download all the updates by the time its finally done I have already found a directory and walked all the way across mall to the store I was trying to find and bought what I needed Also the search is seriously awful Search for j crew or jcrew and you get no results Must be exact match J Crew     Takes 20 min to update every time I go to mall

It was so easy getting directions to my favorite shops I particulalry like the clearness of the maps the routing directions and the fact that i have all the shops handy in my pocket I no longer need to stop and see the map poster in the mall thanks westfield                 Awesome app

My malls arent even on here anymore Theres a selection of 15 malls and I cant even search for different ones     What

Im a regular shopper at two Westfield malls in the area so this app seemed to be a nobrainer Its come in handy a number of times BUT you cannot trust it to keep up with changes at the malls Over the past year there have been several occasions when a shuttered store has shown up on the map in the directory as if it was still there Most recently I made a trip to the mall based specifically on the app telling me the store was there only to discover the store had been closed at least a couple of weeks according to an employee of a nearby shop that was over a week ago and the latest update to the malls information STILL shows the store as being open Even worse theres no way to tell them about the problem the Feedback function lets me type to my hearts content but every time I click on Submit it comes back with a Not Found alert The maps are useful for navigation and I havent tried using any of the inapp specials but if youre basing a shopping trip on information in this app youll still need to call ahead to make sure a listed store actually exists They also need to fix the feedback problem Ive even tried the Westfield website and cant find a way to tell them about the problem           Great Idea Not Trustworthy

I love this app not only can you choose the mall but you get the info and everything its a really good app thats why its a five star                 Best mall app

I keep trying to find an item that I want but it just shows BLANK Cant you at least put something like Theres no such item in this mall This is so frustrating I am a busy person so I cant check out ALL the stores at Westfield This app stinks     Cant find what I want

The first thing that I noticed was that searching for the mall is not intuitive enough doesnt have a search box or a locator so that it finds the closest mall        Has potential

Loved the previous version and used it all the time Could save my most used malls etc Now I have to search through a list of all malls to find mine So slow to load also Maps are useless as some of the wording is too small to read and doesnt get bigger on zooming Go back to old version or make BIG improvements TERRIBLE     Terrible
