Rip off Yes the recipes are well laid out but as a weight loss cookbook this is a joke They have tons of salads To me thats not a meal The Alfredo recipe is 500 calories but could be more depending on the calories in the store bought sauce And note to American purchasers all the recipe measurements are in grams not ounces Dont buy Fettuccine with store bought Alfredo sauce

I had to pay to get the vegetarian recipes which were very limited and there was a pork dish included in the vegetarian recipes Calories protein grams and information like this should be included in an app for diet control I want my money back Unclear

Its ok most stuff is freely available on the internet but I guess that would be true of most resources Ive downloaded quite a bit of diet and health apps and the ugly UI always seems to be the bane of all of them this one is a bit better but still not that great not sure what it is Ok

If you want to keep a healthy diet then this application is for you The graphical interface and the instruction is so great which will allow any type of user which need a weight loss recipe possiable TRY IT Excellent App for Weight Loss
