WebMD Pain Coach offers a holistic approach to balancing lifestyle with chronic pain conditions to help inspire a better day. WebMD s new app is a mobile companion to help you through daily health and ...
My one negative the date is often for yesterday instead of today Otherwise I like tracking my pain level I try to do some of the suggestions Thanks              Good app
It says needs connection to sign in when I am already connected to Internet I deleted and re downloaded the app but it still cant find a connection     The app never accept my registration
This is a great tool for people with chronic pain Hassle free simple to use Gives you a good summary of your pain I have actually gotten healthier since using this app I have reduced the amount of medicine I take due to this app bc it made me realize when I was getting rebound headaches from pain killers 5 stars and more Thank you Pain Coach                 Excellent App
I have been told that my pain is now chronic and will just have to deal with this for the rest of my life I love how this app sends me a reminder to track my pain and the tips are awesome too So glad that I found this for it will help my doctor to see my history of pain and how I have been doing              Love this app
I love this app I just found it from a webmd magazine at my drs office I suffer from chronic pain from failed neck surgery and this is a great tool to keep track of exactly whats going on pain wise I feel like I go to the dr and always say im in pain Its is everyday in some form This gives me the ability to be more accurate with my Dr Thanks for a great product                 Love it
I like a lot about this app What I dont like is that my entries get recorded one day and several hours ahead of when I entered them Sometimes the pain number gets recorded as one less than I entered I cant edit an entry and that is a big issue Needs correction           Time recording issues
The app is very usefull Has several crashes in my iPhone 6 It will be better if the developers includes more info about an issue in particular           Could be better and usefull
The app has been tremendously helpful for tracking and reducing my pain as well as providing thorough and comprehensive information for my doctor However after daylight saving time occurred the app displays yesterdays date for the journal All entries are now a day off and goals can not be renewed correctly PLEASE FIX           Daylight Savings Glitch
Where how can I fix this                 This App doesnt note correct times
This app has been so helpful in being able to document Most people who deal with pain memory and concentration arent things were always privy to So in having a tool like this helps also allows me to remind myself Im not crazy and its not all in my head              Helpful in being able to document
Overall I like this application As someone who is quite young 23 who is struggling to find a diagnosis for her chronic pain its been helpful to track the pain levels from day to day As well as tracking symptoms and seeing if they change over time As another reviewer mentioned a goal journal would be a nice feature to be added As well as more in depth tips provided for the goals I also think that giving users the ability to chat with a professional via instant message email or video would be a nice upgrade              Good app
This app is helpful in that it cuts to the chase and the questions you answer are not only helpful to you but they are the questions the doctor follows I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and and track the same questions on all of my patients to brief MD The tips are great and have all come across in my own research studying my own painful condition of Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue Syndrome                 Very helpful for tracking pain and more
I downloaded the app but couldnt create an account it kept saying I wasnt connected Even though multiple devices were using my wifi just fine I tried using cell and it still didnt work Next day I created an account on WebMDs site Ok simple enough Then I tried to log in to that account on the appit says my email and password dont match I double and triple checked tried many times no go I am deleting this infuriating app now People in pain dont need any more aggravations     Just doesnt work
Really like how many features there are and that you can add symptoms triggers and treatments and multiple notes throughout the day I think this will really help me and my doctors                 Helps a lot
I really like this app I only have a couple of meds input so far but I love the way you can list how bad your pain is set goals get tips do journal entries though you are limited to 250 characters I think it needs to be minimum of 500 characters unless you know short hand That is the one thing I would change                 Pain Coach Rocks
The app is useless if it locks up when the user tries to register Reloading the app doesnt help I see many others had the same problem I expected better quality from WebMD     Cant register
I am new to pain coach and so my experience so far is limited but I like it so far Newly diagnosed with RA I love being able to add my own goals and symptoms as everyone has different issues I look forward to using it longer and benefitting from it              Pain coach app
Alll the entries are dated 29 hrs behind actual daytime so my pain records r all 1 day 5hrs earlier than the actual time I made the entries plus it has started crashing They have not responded back to the many times I have reported problem thru the contact link in the app It is a good way to track pain for recordsdrlawyers plus there r helpful ways to cope with pain its side effects goal setting choices links to helpful articles etcu should try this U can also email a copy of 1 week or 1 month pain record to yourself to print out or bring to Dr appt or even email to Dr Lots of xtras to use if u choose to           Mostly Good but crashes
Excellent app for tracking pain and excellent explanation of fibromyalgia to inform caregivers                 BBMomma
Since I got iPhone 6 the app has crashed every time Ive used it which Is every day It saves the data but crashes It needs a revision        iPhone 6 version needs revision
Works very well                 Nice app
This app helps quite a bit with following my overall health Too many users want instant results This is not realistic Fill in all possible details as you can At some point your doctor and you will see a pattern that can be treated                 Very Strong App to Follow Health
I really like the app but it crashes most of the time when I save Have been sending in crash reports and hope it can be fixed              Good but
This app has some nice features It could provide for more than on entry per day Oh and they need to fix the constant crashing whenever I save the entry or switch momentarily to another app or for that matter closing the app           A work in progress
So much information tips techniques right at your fingertips A must have if you have any sort of chronic pain                 SO AMAZING FOR A FREE APP
From reading the prior reviews about the app recording entries 1 day off youd think it would be a simple fix on the server side Instead it looks like WebMD has thrown in the towel because all attempts to register yield connection required errors and attempts to login with an existing account give you login errors Youd think WebMD would do the mature responsible response to unrepairable server problems would be to remove themselves from the AppStore but they truly just dont care about their customers Goodbye WebMD nice not knowing you     WebMD has closed down the app
ALWAYS crashes As soon as I hit save the app crashes Every single time           Great appbut
I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and this has helped me to track my pain my meds my activities and how Im feeling The articles are great and I can look back to see all the notes that I wrote It has been extremely helpful for me visiting the doctor as well Love love love it                 Excellent resource
This app is great for tracking you pain level and triggers in a daily basis It also give suggestions on how to ease pain I am planning on delivering the reports to my doc                 Perfect for my need
Im so glad I found this App                 Really Helps Me
I have been living with fibromyalgia for 1520 years and this is a great tool to show my doctor how the month has been because I cant remember everything and how Ive been              Love it
This app was excellent when it worked correctly I was able to record fibromyalgia pain when it occurred and pinpoint triggers Since daylight savings time the app is off by a day Every time I attempt to record pain the apps journal tells me Im recording for the previous day even though the calendar on the app says the current day Ive emailed WebMDs tech team and they basically shrugged So apparently they dont care about fixing this bugprobably because the app is free I would gladly pay 1 or 2 to buy the app if it would mean the tech team was more responsive As it now Ive stopped using the app because its totally pointless with a messed up calendar        Great app until Daylight Savings Time
Excellent App now I Can Put Routines To Better Use Thank You For This App                 My Pain
This thing cant stay open long enough to write a journal entry Dont waste your time Too buggy     Crash er rrific
Now I have two Sundays and my days are one behind schedule Its impossible to update the current day right now              Liked this until daylight savings
I love this app as it makes it easy to keep track of my migraine management Every time we change for daylight savings though the app does not update the date correctly and thinks the day the shift happens occurs twice This leaves the app a day behind making daily tracking moving forward a bit pointless since you cant update the correct day until the following day Have sent WebMD feedback on this twice now and still no update              Great app but
Apps hangs on different times Difficult to use     Poor perfoance
So far I cannot use this app It is hung up in registration I may delete and try again Ill update if any changes are made     Hung up in Registration
I LOVE the functionality of this app I have dealt with CRPS a form of chronic pain for 20 years and just recently found this app And it is very easy to use Very simple My biggest issue is that I am unable to log for each specific day ON that day It wont allow me to log until the next day After I have slept or attempted to sleep and my body has reset I still have the same pain But the intensity is different each day Id like to be able to log each day at the end of the day instead of waiting for the next day Also on the advertisements on the app CRPSRSD are listed Yet when you go into the app neither is listed as a condition Or have related information for it CRPS is its OWN chronic pain condition Different from anything else I wish there were a bit more about CRPS Id even be willing to help find the appropriate information to share if developers would like some help I would rate this app a 5star without hesitation if these two recommendations were taken into consideration Thank you for user friendly           Could be better
I agree with other reviewer this app should include a goals journal Its not a big leap to have a hard copy journal but its a pain if youre on the go and want to work on goals I think the app has potential just needs more development Crashed on me too when trying to enter info on med info ADDITIONAL COMMENT While some features need tweaking Ive been using the App for about 3 weeks and it is helping me manage my pain BEST THING I showed the history to my doctor during my last appointment She was so impressed that Im trying to manage my pain that she reengaged in treatment First time thats happened LATEST VERSION downloaded to my IPhone 6 and its crashed every time I use it Whats up with that              App has potential
Its nice to keep up with how you are feeling You tend to forget day to day I like having the journal to refer to when I go the the doctor I make a summary for him on my pain triggers and meds I write it down and he loves it He scans it into my chart                 Very helpful and easy to use
Very great idea Very helpful app for chronic pain But crashes way too often on iPhone 6 also when entering a number it subtracts one from it when I look at it the next day Please fix        Nice
Comprehensive Helped me track Pain levels at various points of the day and the remedial action taken Great quick reference when I meet with my doctor Please include what and how to manage Polymyalgia rheumatica in pain management                 PMR
I just started this web MD app and so far I just love it it helps me keep track throughout the day the changes to my fibromyalgia as I am in the beginning stages of learning how to deal with it and its so much easier to use on my phone              Pain management
At first glance it looks like a great app and I hope it works in the long run I wish there was a graph feature so you can see how your doing over time as well as a summery that can be emailed or printed off to give to your doctor Otherwise Looks good              Great app
I have recommended this app to several people this year I love the customizability offline tipssaves data and creative edge with the turn sideways for a graph feature But I think it is a day off because of a random glitch That throws me off everyday now that I am back after 1 month Over 4 stars              My dates off a day
So far its the best pain app out there              Good
This app is great Some have complained about the calendar being wrong during daylight savings time this seems like an easy fix but that is a trivial issue From a medical standpoint the date doesnt matter The important information is the trending from day to day changes what makes pain better and worse and the quality and severity of the pain and pretty much everything else they ask for The exact day in which something occurs is irrelevant This app makes tracking information simple and it even reminds the perpetually busy andor absent minded                 Trending is key
I think that this app could really help me but I like the idea of being able to journal if you need too Not just click here and there Just my opinion              This Could Work
It will not let me go through the registration process Very Frustrating I cant rate it yet Please help me with this issue     Register
