I thought this would be the Bluetooth no cell or wifi texting app that I was looking for It works great only if the other person has the app open Im looking for the app that I can chat with people when I dont have cell or wifi It should use bluetooth or apples multipeer connectivity framework but this really doesnt work Not that great
