I specifically got this because I wanted to have the photo of the specific plant because I have several of the same kind Well right off the bat the photo ability does not work I should have gone with a free one     So far so bad PlantNurse

App was pretty awesome Now it s unsupported and very buggy I get about 60 notifications a day from this app Deleted the app until updates are provided Previous Review App lets you pick the type of plants you own and lets you know when to water and lighting requirements You can even adjust how often it reminds you to water App is very well designed and user friendly The designer even included a store with quality products sold online on sites like amazon My only gripe is that you can t add a plant thats not on the list You can add a similar plant and just adjust how often to water Would be nice to be able to add a custom plant and perhaps add some info from wiki on the plants Also pruning tips or plant advice would be a cool feature along with a fertilizer reminder or count down Love this app great tool for keeping your house plants thriving     Was a great app now unsupported MrX1oo1

At first the app worked fine I loved the reminders Then it started giving repeated reminders every day If they will ever fix it it will be a nice little app I reported it to the developers months ago they never bothered to reply     Notifications drive me nuts Thermight

Love the concept of the app it has basic watering advice for general types of plants which is awesome for beginners I also love that it reminds me with notifications but after the app crashed and I had to re download it it gives me all the notifications for all the past plants I had plus the current plants leaving me with like 31 notifications This needs to be fixed Another thing that would improve the app would be the ability to add notes of some kind to each plant for example some of my plants are tropical and need to be misted in between waterings so if I had the ability to add a note that said misted on 2 17 16 that would help me even more             Good app could be better brookewinship

I have the same issues as many people noted with the notifications It started one day out of the blue after working great for a while PureWow take note I even tried to delete the app and reinstall and STILL get 64 notifications even though no plants are listed Really disappointed They haven t updated the app for a while so it s safe to assume they aren t working on it anymore     Too buggy cbnnyc

I had the same problem with the notifications going off even after I ve watered them and checked them off The notifications would also say I had way more plants to water than I did more than the amount of plants I had on the list too The concept of the app is great and it helped me get into the habit of a regular watering schedule But not worth the annoying notifications         Notifications need to be fixed alaraway

Disappointed that I spent money on this and disappointed that it came highly reviewed from Pure Wow I ll water my plants and get multiple notifications for each plant and it s fine It s a small annoyance but it s a bug that shouldn t be there There s not enough plants either I have a plant in here under a different one because it s similar and has the same instructions but it s a common indoor and outdoor plant Plus very few succulents or cacti and no agave or carnivorous plants I would not say I have any odd or unique plants Finally the app will take your photo zoom in and animate it It reminds me of the wifi log in on the Greyhound It blows up and distorts the photo it s weird disorienting and unnecessary     Waste of money bad images KH2345

App was great to remind me when to water everything I used it for at least a year and it kept everything I had alive However now it notifies me constantly of plants to be watered It will tell me I have 41 notifications when none of my plants actually need watering I ll clear them from my notifications window I ll check them off in the app and they all show back up the next day If they fix this it s worth the purchase If not just use your default calendar app         Loved it before kts7781

This app was okay nothing spectacular for a long time I was a little disappointed that it wouldn t let you check off a plant as watered before the set water date Now it notifies me numerous times daily when it s not time to water Checking off plants there s a long lag and the app acts frozen The list of plants is also way too limited no cactus really         Worked fine but not anymore Alainaqwerty

I ve massively enjoyed Waterbug over the last year or more since I bought it It s been great at keeping me accountable for watering my plants and having photos and names has made it easy to disambiguate hmm which succulent needs water today The app is having some issues on iOS 9 with notifications and I m worried that it hasn t seen an update in a little while Hold off on buying this until there s an iOS 9 bugfix update                 A great way to remember your plants watering schedule cbowns

There are only a few things that are keeping this app from becoming five stars You have to open the app for the notification badges to update It can also be buggy at times but not so constant that it stops me from using it I wish there was a much larger plant library or the option to put in a custom instruction for watering That said it s such a savior for my greenies I love it                 My plants are alive because of this app extrasmallburger
