The app will not cast from my iPhone to my Chromecast citing a retrieval error Nothing works No help in FAQs and no other support Seemed so promising which makes it all the more disappointing     Castless Useless

This app used to work better However recently none of the games are working properly The videos are still working okay a little buggy at times Please fix the gase portion of the app     Expect more from Disney

The forced advertisement before and between episodes has killed the use ability of this app ABC mouse is now a 4letter word in the household bc of the obnoxious advertising in this app and my toddler now gets upsetdisappointed when trying to watch his shows     used to be a good app

Latest updates have taken a great app and rendered it useless     No longer works

Great app but everytime I try to cast from any of my devices iPhone 5 iPhone 6 iPad Air I gets cannot retrieve data error I can watch it on my device just cant send it to the TV        Cant cast

Just like multiple other parents on here I am super frustrated with this app Worked great up until the new update now I cant even access the app thanks to the invalid URL error And just like everyone else has said try explaining that to a 2 yr old Hes mad confused which makes us the parents miserable Fix ASAP please        New update worthless

My son loves this app and knows how to chrome it to our TV With the recent update we have lost this ability Would love to see this fixed so he can enjoy watching the episodes on the big TV                 TV and Games

This app is a very mixed bag It includes streaming videos which are great and a number of games which are not When the kids are able to get the games to work about 40 of the time they have a great deal of fun Unfortunately the games glitch hang frequently usually leading to a child meltdown The target age group cant grasp the concept of buggy software The problems are so frequent that I actually went looking in the app settings for a way to hidedisable the games no luck Its VERY apparent that Disney spared almost every expense in the development of these games as even basic QA would have caught many of these bugs Or perhaps QAs objections were overridden in which case the project managers need to be fired If youre a parent considering this app think twice Once your kids find the games youll get to experience endless tantrums when they breakhangcrash over and over and over again        Videos good games extremely buggy

Everything works on the app except when I try and log in to watch the actual tv shows I get an authorization error and it doesnt tell me how to fix it or anything It works on my Roku and My daughter is able to watch at home but it wont work on my apple air or iPhone 6 PLEASE FIX THIS     Live tv doesnt work

All the games Ive tried to open they keep coming up with errors and wont open Says to try in a few minutes My daughter all she does is play games     None of the games work

Unless you want to piss off your 2yr Kids have short attention spans UPDATE FAILS TO MENTION THAT IT WILL NOW HAVE ADS BEFORE EVERY SHOW YOU TRY TO WATCH You think my kid will be happy having to watch a 30 second ad which seems like a lifetime before he can watch his show He barely even watches the first 10 seconds of any show before he moves on to another one I pay for service and sign in to my Comcast account to watch videos I can see including ads for those who dont pay for service My kids have been using this app for a while now and have been very content with it It gives me like 2 minutes of silence while my kid is preoccupied so I can get some food ready for him to eat Some might say my kids shouldnt use an app phone whatever but I say to each his own I do what I can and this app WAS a lifesaver in the past Now It just causes more tantrums bc my kid hates the ads Thanks a lot Crappiest update ever     DO NOT UPDATE

The games dont always work for us and sometimes its just a black screen when we select a game The episodes almost always work they can get choppy but briefly Worth it for the episodes              Good for video watching not games

Cant use the app for anything unless youre listed as one of the approved providers had to delete it     Not available to all providers

How do you not have Time Warner as a cable provider Its one of the biggest in the north east Heck even nick jr Has Time Warner     No time warner

I love the app It keeps my baby cousin busy and he loves to sing and dance The only problem I have with it is that I cant turn of the caption on my iPad But I can turn them on or off on my phone and computer                 Great app

My daughter loves this app but the games freeze up and I have to restart my phone The shows work fine but I think there should be a completely different app for the games     Games are stupid

Although a paid up uverse subscriber when I click the link to log in the app freezes No end of restart uninstalls reinstalls and always the same issue     Unable to log in

This app is hit or miss I have uverse and pay for Disney jr It shows I am authenticated and signed it yet no videos will play I keep deleting and reinstalling Its hard to explain to a 2yr old why their app wont work        Fix your app

I cant use app because you dont have Time Warner Cable as an option There are a list full of providers and TWC isnt one Im very disappointed     No Time Warner Cable

I downloaded this app specifically so I can use google chromecast and cast it to my tv But now it wont cast and my daughter isnt happy All my other apps cast just fine so I know its this one It needs an update     Used to be a great app

Both my girls ages five and two absolutely love the Watch Disney Junior app Love it But since the last update my iPad has grown wings and has started flying every time my two year old has an ad popup when she selects a program to watch My five year old asked me why they ruined it with stuff I dont watch Shes had enough ads pop up on her that shes now leaning towards the PBS Kids app while my two year old continues to launch iPads like theyre mortar rounds Really Disney Are you serious I realize the app is free but ads On a childrens app Dont you people think you people make ENOUGH money in general let alone all the merchandise we buy as a result of our kids using your app When corporate greed targets kids that are still wearing diapers I think its gone just a little too far     REALLY DISNEY ADS

I used to love this app but with the last update it stopped working and wont play the videos anymore Please fix disney so I can give you back your 5 star rating     Please fix

Why is there narration with the tv episodes on iPad version Plus the cc is always on        Narration

My daughter loves this app as she loves watching Mickey Mouse clubhouse But for a toddler who doesnt care to see ads and when she tries to skip over them she cant and then the ad starts all over from the beginning I no longer let her use this app it isnt worth the frustration for either of us I regret updating the bugs in older versions were easier to deal with than ads remove them please     Ads Really

I signed in with my provider and everything was running smoothly My daughter had access to every episode and game and she loved the app Then I got the latest update for the app and now my daughter cant watch certain episodes but Im still signed in She still loves the app but wishes she could watch Sofia the First and Handy Manny Why arent the episodes working           Why cant I watch old episodes

This would be a great app if it wasnt for the games freezing sometimes it is hardimpossible to explain to my 2 year old daughter that the app isnt working properly Plus its really annoying that the closed caption CC just randomly came on and I cant turn it off FIX YOUR APP I have Century Link prism I pay for Disney junior my daughter loves it therefore it is very disappointing to both her and me that this app does not work properly FIX YOUR APP        Games freeze CC randomly came on and I cant turn it off

Since latest update I cannot even access the Disney junior app keeps says unsupported URL     Unsupported URL

After upgrade I had to reinstall the app to fix the problems If I pause or need to get into some other app for a few minutes the video will not resume where it left off It will start over at the beginning which is very annoying Also the TV account authentication doesnt seem to stay in place when I get back into the app              Problems after update had to reinstall to fix

Updates havent changed much Video playback is not responsive and the games constantly freeze My daughters get fussy due to the fact that after minutes all she has is a black screen to manage Up until the recent updates this was hands down the best app on our family iPad Very lackluster now     Glitchy and Draggy

why would brighthouse broadcast that you can download this app and watch shows if brighthouse isnt even listed on the app Something needs to be done     VERY UPSETTING

I loved this app before recently upgrading Since I have upgraded it theres no sound I have tried trouble shooting using the suggestions to no avail I had sound before I was forced to upgrade My 2 year old grandson is very disappointed as he frequently uses this app        Lift every voice

So as of last night the app worked fine Today my tv provider is no longer listed I have time Warner cable and it seems to have disappeared from the list this is not cool kids all over are having meltdowns over this including mine Please Disney fix this issue and make it more consistent Stop switching providers           Frustrated

My daughter loves Disney Junior so I was excited to install this app so she could enjoy some of her favorite shows during long car rides Unfortunately I keep getting an Out of the Country error code which does not allow me to play any videos I did submit feedback to try to get help and so far nothing They told me it could be a problem on my end Considering there is a section where you can choose Out of the Country error message on feedback I think its a glitch within their app Ive seen a few reviews with similar problems Hopefully the will resolve the issues so we can enjoy the app     Cant play videos

This app says it works without Internet but it doesnt work unless you are connected to wifi Dont download     Worthless without Internet

The app keeps saying error code 3000 please check back in a few minutesevery single day and I keep trying to sign in my tv provider and it never works     Error

The option to stream via chromecast is still available and the app will connect but when trying to select a show there is an error message Reinstalled the app and also tried resetting all devices Only able to stream live TV Please fix     Google Chrome Issue

Everything was working fine Now the puzzles dont work They keep crashing Thats my sons favorite thing to do on the app Hope its fixed        App puzzle keeps crashing

App is ok Games freeze and takes a bit for the app to load initially As for the cable provider Im with everyone else and it needs to have Time Warner cable as a provider Everything else is listed just not that one So how are you supposed to watch when you pay for the programming           Its ok

My 1 year old is obsessed with big block but it will only play 2 or 3 shorts on my iPad mini and then the screen goes black and it has to be restarted this is very frustrating I am constantly restarting it or she gets very unhappy Is there anything I can try to get big block to stop shutting off           Love the app but it doesnt work well
