Played Royal Links June 22 The app gave me more detail about the specific conditions than SkyDroid and SkyDroid is an excellent app You should use this when you are playing a Walters course              Great App

Solid application We played Royal Links and used the yardage guide feature of the application throughout the round comparing and contrasting the yardage results with a laser range finder The yardage provided by the GPS was very accurate but more importantly the GPS feature was very efficient from a battery perspective Our full 415 minute round used approximately 25 of my iPhone 5 battery with several other apps running simultaneously 3D Flyover feature is very nice especially for folks that have never played the course I did not get a chance to use some of the other features so I will have to review those the next time I play Royal The tournament scoring feature looks like a pretty good feature Recommended improvements 1 Provide live updates to fairway bunkers etc While the app is basically the course yardage book with live GPS to the front back and middle of the green it would be helpful to also have GPS yardages to hazards layup areas etc We played in 2530 mph winds today so having that info readily available would have sped up the decision making process when hitting down or into the wind There are som 2 Include the narratives found in the course yardage book describing the hole and how to play it The yardage book at Royal Links is awesome and including the hole and background information would be nice for folks that have never played the course before Overall a very good job              Solid app
