Consistently functional access This app makes your vtiger data local Works best when synced over wifi but is adequate over 3G Our deployment relies on dynamic content in service management where ticket status needs syncing EVERY time There needs more thought on how sync and save works in this area perhaps a live HTML link for ticket status This could make the app really INSTANT for corporates using service desks           Adequate

They never answer the email scan image simple dose not work     Worst customer services

Easy to use Displays all contacts leads and calendar etc does exactly what it states Would be helpful to be able to search contacts by different fields Otherwise very useful              Works perfectly

This app will not access our site when we have https forced enabled We constantly get bad credentials intercept This is a joke Who would operate a CRM with https It makes the app worthless to us     Cannot Access website when HTTPS is enabled

Even if this were a free app it should have been considered too buggy to be in the app store But its a 1999 app This program should be stellar at that price I bought with high hopes and have been left severely dissappointed The developer put in nonworking features that are meant to mirror the online version but their not working yet These should have been functioning to launch or left out until they were ready This just confuses and frustrates you when you utilize a seemingly available feature to only find out its a nonworking feature There are many other issues such as if you have several projects and go add a project task the scroll function will not stop at the bottom of your list Instead it bounces up a few lines That means those items become unselectable because the screen will not stop to where they can be seen Thus makes adding a project task not possible Many more bugs too This should never have been release not at 1999 anyway I would have been more willing to be your guinea pig if the app had been free but at this price it should shine        Full of Bugs

This app is new and I hope to be writing a new review in a few months but this is nowhere close to being something you put on the app store let alone charging for itand without a trial Once your credentials are in they cant be changed without reinstalling Fields are locked out Scanning business cards is useless Nothing but garbage characters in the OCR There are other options that do well nothing It looks like you should be able to reorder the modules or get into the settings of each module but from what I can tell it does nothing It does not sync with the IOS contacts but rather just keeps and offline copy of the contacts from Vtiger in the app itself Disappointing     This app COULD be good but it isnt

Just like most extensions for vTiger this one takes a lot of trial and error to get it working Some Tip Make sure if you are using 54 to install the mobile module from 521 first I installed Mobile 2 4 then 6 Now it works Check the permissions on the modulesMobile folder You may need to change them to 777 If you have ever logged into this app you must not only log out but after logging out click the trash can icon on the top left You may need to do this a few times then delete and reinstall the app If you are switching URLs or accounts you need to do all of the above Now if only you could arrange the modules like you could in the previous iPhone app Right now the edit button to do so is gone Other than the above this app has such potential There is no other allinone CRM as full featured as vTiger It is a big pain to get it working the way you want but it is totally worth it              Finally got it working

Still no response to my concern about adding document per contact No one ever bothered to respond to my query It remains a useless app in my phone     Poor customer service

With vtiger being open source and this mobile app as a business owner this could not get better It keeps cost down and allows my sales reps to have the tools they need This app is a bit more expensive then regular apps but then again vtiger open source and Im not paying 9900 a month per employee Well worth the cost                 Wow Very impressed

Ive had a vtiger server for years and have spent time and money to keep it sweet and up to date Ive held of from buying any client app for it as I can access my vtiger server from any browser on any device with out issue Tonight on an impulse I bought this app for 1999 and I cant even log in to my server that I know is working flawlessly This app is crap and I want my money back or vtiger to fix it     Fail fail fail

I like the app It needs to auto sync and have push notifications Then I would love the app           Eagerly waiting application improvement

Ive installed 3 times I cant sync add anything I hope this gets fixed because I dont want to have to switch CRMs     App does not work

This basically lets you view your contacts leads organizations and associated material It will not let you create invoices sales orders or quotesonly view existing ones I dont understand the arrangement of the icons at the bottom as they have no rhyme or reason I thought surely there would be a settings in here somewhere to organize which modules I want to show up but no The bottom list shows Home Campaigns FAQ and Quotes I never use any of these except quotes and again you cant create one from this app All the other modules are located on the more icon with no way to sort or move them to the main toolbar Apparently the app doesnt care about some permissions either For example in my vTiger I have it so Sales Agents cant add edit or delete anything in the Products module But in the app it lets the Sales Agent add and edit products Even though it wont actually change the main database it gives the agent the appearance that they can actually change product info even when they dont have the permission Another thing that needs to be fixed Ability to change the Assigned to Right now there is no way to change that field on contacts leads etc even as admin One final thing that really needs to be fixedThe Scan Business Card feature that they were bragging about It doesnt work AT ALL I tried five completely different business cards and after the scans it just pulls in a bunch of noncharacter mumbo jumbo This is the same result no matter which way I take the picture the color of the card the location of the information etc If you want only to see your contacts and to be able to edit minor details then this apps for you If you want more youre outa luck I only hope they can take the foundation theyve started and build something truly useful out of it At that point it would be worth the 20 For now its makes much more sense to simply access it through the browserthat way you have full control        Potential but much to be done

Finally logged in make sure mobile module file attributes are correct For me 755 worked However for 20 i would at least expect retina display icons Common this the simplest thing to do           Still testing

Now that I have updated to iOS 7 the app has appeared to stop functionally because I can no longer login to my server or update the IP address of my V Tiger server upon launching the app     No longer seems to function on iOS 7

This app looks like it could be great but the BIGGEST problem is that it does not sync consistently Create Update something on your desktop then sync the app It is hit and miss whether is syncs or not Different sections Trouble tickets no way to hide closed solved tickets No way to filter open in progress tickets etc Accounts Contacts no filtering only sear on name field Searching on server is hit and miss too If contact is not on phone but on server and you search for it either it takes too long or it does not find result 50 success rate Products no way to hide inactive products Cant edit or add a product price Calendar syncs when it feels like it No consistency at all Overall this has alot of basic functionality but the sync feature problems make it pretty much useless to use when on the go        Has potential but still very much beta

I would love to be able to review this app Sadly in the more than six months I have owned the app I have NEVER been able to log in I am not the smartest person you could ever meet but I am certainly not the dumbest either Despite many attempts to Google a solution and one contact to VTiger support I still cant log in It simply should not be this difficult Or it should be inexpensive enough to allow a person to stop caring that it is difficult Congrats to all that made theirs work Throw the C students a bone here     At A Loss

I just downloaded the app and within minutes after syncing my data to VTigers On Demand service I knew this app was worth every penny I can see all my leads invoices appointments and SO MUCH MORE This is exactly the iphone app that Ive been waiting for THANK YOU                 Will definately make my life easier

Vtiger 521 IPhone 4 Verizon Make sure you install version 121 of the mobile module and enable it              After a little frustration it works

This has to be one of the worse apps out there All my opportunity values show up with 6 zeros after the decimal so instead of saying I am working in a 12000000 project it says 12000000000000 But to make it worse those decimals take up my full screen so now I cant read the name of the opportunity I also get a random black bar that bids half of the screen until I click details on everything Very annoying     Has to be the worse

Need ability to select custom Status in tickets we use status for workflows at this time techs cannot select custom status requiring techs to pull up each ticket once at computer and selecting custom status then           Ability to use custom Status in tickets

Decent application works well when you can access the server but only holds 99 contacts or 99 leads when offline There is no way to specify the amount of leadscontacts etc to download Because you can only see 99 of anything the UI is a little primitive If you are online to the CRM server you must search for a name contact or account by name to be able to drill down on those items If they supported larger lists they would need to implement an iPod like interface for scrolling through the list with an alphabetized index on the right of the screen I have high hopes that they will eventually get this squared away but given the functionality currently in the product the price seems a little steep Tech support did get back to me right away with answers to my questions a nice touch           Just OK
