We recently started using vtiger crm as a way for IT support team to communicate and keep all client info together We have already experienced an increase in productivity in the couple weeks since we started Everything between the online version and the mobile app works seamlessly so far and we look forward to using it to its fullest abilities Latest version works great for my team

I have been using vTiger for quite some time and generally find it to be a very robust CRM for the price I think if there were more proficient improvements made to the iPad and iPhone apps and better open source API I would recommend this product to everyone The iPad app is great for general things like adding notes to existing contacts and leads but other than that the functionality is rather limited for completing other tasks unless the user goes to the website version on a PC or through their iPad Decent but could be better

I can still use the web version This app crashes as soon as I login Just Crashes Immediately on login

The vtiger community is still in need of a good app to connect to our data on the iPad This one is not it Wish I could get my 20 bucks back There is no support to views in the different tabs and no dashboards I dont see how I can write emails in the app and have them show in mail history in the tiger Plus much more Dont buy Not good enough

Just updated to the latest version The app allows me to enter URL and usernamepwd states it is loading settings then promptly crashes I tried deleting app rebooting iPad no luck Hmmmm crashes on load now

still has a few bugs quotes are missing items prices but the total is shown crashes while its updating if you move through menus too fast But after some initial updating the system seems to work solid again So basically this is not a fully developed platform but it is better looking and worth using over the other paid apps saves me a lot of time and works great overall i cant wait for future updates It seems that vtiger is finally grown to a place where it beats the new arrival competition hands down I know I looked for well over 5 years almost great

App claims to support open source installations under the requirements for using the app However after purchasing the app and calling customer support because I couldnt login they told me that the app does not support open source installations Claimed that there will be an update for support but did not give a date Demanded refund MISLEADING LIES
