Everyone else was having the very same issues as I did I could take some slow load times iphone4 but log in errors create account errors checkout errors paypal checkout errorsVitacost Are you reading these Apps are supposed to make our ordering easier Fix It     Oh Now I see why app did not work

The app wont let you pay with PayPal or by credit card It keeps giving payment errors Ive rebooted my phone 5 times still the same error It also takes forever to load something into your cart Bug fixes didnt work go back to old version and start over     Horrible App

I love Vitacost but this app makes me mad at vitacost Please fix this app and make it as good as everything else about your company Its hard to sit down at the computer and would be easier and quicker to order things and read reviews if this app actually worked Amazons app works guess Ill have to buy everything there Come on please fix this ASAP     Please fix this app

Both the mobile app and the mobile site are useless Shop cart items always get deleted and glitch out Their support doesnt contact back either Just an email that says thank your for the feedback Their email on the site doesnt work either     Pointless and mobile site as well

I love everything about Vitacost except this useless app which is glitchy crashes and isnt even formatted for an iPad screen only viewable in vertical format I downloaded a year ago and deleted then just tried again thinking they would have fixed it after 12 months nope     Useless app

I shop at Vitacost all the time having a functional app would be fantastic But like someone already mentioned click on a review now and the app crashes Pleas fix this unwanted feature ASAP           Help the app love Vitacost

I used this app before on my iPhone 5 and it had issues A lot of them have been resolved not being able to complete an order the back button missing However this version of the app totally crashes if you search for something that returns no results And completing an order while at least possible is painstakingly slow I love Vitacost and am a loyal customer but I prefer using my MacBook if I want to shop and place orders with them           Its ok but still glitchy

Its a great idea but falls short since it force quits if you click certain buttons you should be able to see like reviews may delete and stick to website unless fixed Admittedly an app would be a nice visual on my phone to remind me since I dont do monthly orders        Glitchy

This is an useless app because you cant purchase anything Wether you use their paypal option or credit card It always tells you theres an ERROR in the process and takes you back to your cart So you cannot purchase anything through this app so basically its useless You are better off purchasing through their website AVOID THIS APP AT ALL     Useless App

I previously downloaded this app a year ago Hoping that it was improved I downloaded it again Nothing has changed every time you leave the app you have to log back in again In short all the conveniences offered on the desktop site are not offeredMy List My Orders etc I use the desktop site on my iPhone because the mobile site is so bad Unfortunately Vitscost keeps pushing its mobile site even after people complain     Dont bother downloading this app

I got rid of this app a while ago because I wasnt using it but today I decided I wanted it again Its crashed 3 times in the first 10 minutes and keeps freezing up when it doesnt completely shut down What the heck happened to it It was pretty good before        Crashing

Such a bummer I have everything in my cart The promotional discount has been accepted but when it comes to checkout and process order the discount disappears Very frustrating        Promotion Discount

Oh man I cant even use this app anymore I just went to my list and you cannot click on an item in your list Theres no link it doesnt do anything You then have to go back and search to look at the item and when I tried to add some items from my list to my cart I kept getting an error it wont let me add the items How can you change a great app and make it worse The convenience of this app is now worthless Plus as far as vitacost goes a lot of the stuff I used to buy here for a good deal is the same as the grocery store I have not been ordering from them because I can run to Fred Myers and get it on sale for the same price Anyone else notice this I wonder if their sales have gone down     What happened

Dont bother with this app if you do much shopping with Vitacost It is a waste and does not coordinate anything from app to computer It is difficult to work with also     Total waste of time in my books

I really scratched my head when I read the other reviews here Ive been using Vitacost for years and I find this app can do everything I can do on their website The interface is great and easy to use Try it out                 Worked well for me

For some reason this app freezes if you use a 3rd party keyboard such as SwiftKey in the search You have to close it and reopen           Freezes

This app is a waste of time Does not show any of your orders when you sign in does not connect to any of the information on your actual vitacost account and you cannot purchase anything Zero stars     Clunky and useless

So I have been a loyal Vitacost consumer for years I have literally spent thousands of dollars per year on products from their site and to say Im disappointed with this app is an under statement It appears to function well to search and add products to your cart but what good is that if you cannot complete the checkout process First there is the login screen there should be a remember me function so I dont have to type my username and password every time I order It remembers addresses credit card info but not our login information Come on Vitacost get this thing up to speed After moving to step two which involves credit card security the screen just has this wheel that keeps spinning like it processing something but it just keep spinning and spinning Finally after a few minutes it moves to the order review page and allows you to press checkout oh but youre not out of the woods yet in fact youre stuck in the woods in some sort of purgatory of apps The same wheel appears after you press the checkout button and its been about 4 hours now and the wheel still just spins when I pull up the app My concern of course is that I get charged multiple times for the order or that worse Im not charged at all and I never receive my order Very frustrated this app would serve its purpose if it could be used to complete a simple order Please please please fix this app     Checkout frustrations

I love Vitacost but their app has problems The newest one is that I cant log out I also would like to be able to manage set save from the app        Cant log out but logout is automatic when you close the app

This app has so many problemswhere to start I love your company why is it so hard to get an app that works My biggest complaint is payment always reverts back to an expired card Ive used in the past and makes it impossible to order from the app     Lots of problems
