Visual Anatomy Lite is an interactive reference, and education tool. The Lite version contains 20 high-resolution images and more than 300 feature points which can be interactively selected. Each feature has its own label and short description. Add-on Images from 6 chapters of Gray`s anatomy can be used as a quick reference. 6 chapters are bones, muscles and circulation system.

USES:
This app’s primary use is as a learning tool but can also be used for any professional who needs the occasional reminder. HOW TO USE:
The user is presented with a high-quality anatomy images. The user can zoom in to any area by two fingers and using the single finger panning function. The feature point (pin icon) can be selected by tapping on it. Detail button allows you to switch on/off the short description. For muscle section, detail button only show the description. Quiz mode button allows you to switch on/off the label and short description.

I`m a no-ads junkie...which typically means an app has to really impress me for me to purchase it. I downloaded "VisAnatomy Lite"...and it only took maybe 5 minutes before I was purchasing the premium version. The HiDef appearance of the images is beautiful, and very gentle on the eyes. Because the images are CG it makes looking at the inner parts of the body easy to stomach. Zoom features allow you to target specific parts, and the information is extremely "P.C", scientifically speaking. This app is a must have for anyone who works in the medical industry, is going to school for the medical industry, or is perhaps recovering from injury and wants a better understanding of the functions of the body. There is a quiz option for general testing of knowledge. The questions appeared to be at a college standard as far as difficulty.

You will be amazed when you discover just how complex your body is...and how masterful of a creation we all really are. That theory is well represented in VisAnatomy+.
