Downloaded the app and everything in my phone was hacked     THEY HACKED MY PHONE Fr V

I was trying to decide between a competitor company I used to use Vision Mail After over a year of using VisionMail I am going back to them 1 Whenever my 6 months plus 2 months free is up and I fail to immediately renew intermittent callers will get a recording that the number is no longer in service Or my phone won t ring at all show no record that it was ever dialed This is happening cuz I m supposed to know the instant the subscription needs renewal if I don t renew instantly I am supposed to disable VisionMail if I don t this is the punishment you get Furthermore while you are in this in between state trying to decide when to do the renewal or source the money you the customer will be unable to access the list of messages already on the app I paid for those I should never be denied seeing them but you are you are blocked from seeing them until you renew Now I can still see those messages from the competitor app even though I canceled them as long as I keep the app on my phone Let s see if the same goes for VisionMail     Back end Failures CeCe6245

I m a big fan of ureach But the new iOS 10 update has rendered this app almost obsolete iOS 10 now has transcripts built into its vision mail what this app offers also So buying a subscription is now redundant Ureach does email the transcript and audio which is nice But I d rather go with apple s transcripts free of cost Got to take a stand against being nickeled and dimed Sorry ureach             iOS 10 Will-2002

How do I delete uninstall this app The normal method for iPhone does not work Please help     Can t seem to get rid of app 1smartdumbgirl

After taking off my phone the app is still messing up my messages and sending them to who knows where     Horrible #whitelivesmattermost

First of if it s going to be a short trial you should let us know first Second when that trial is done then you should inform us that the call forwarding needs to be stopped and reset After a friend tried to leave a voicemail she told me that it just rang and rang When I called it it said this number has been disconnected or is temporarily not in service Hello I am on auto pay I was on the phone with Verizon to reset and fix this mess And when you did give me the trial the transcripts were not terrible but not best Pasting the actual voicemail was okay So then I would listen and see how accurate the transcripts were so it defeats the purpose Conclusion really be honest to your customers and informative about the trial period and how the call forwarding should be turned off Otherwise no one will be able to leave a voicemail and you will seem like your phone turned off bc you are incapable of paying your phone bill Basically the beta phase is not over P S I never leave reviews bc it s tedious but I am letting others know so that you don t have to go through what a nuisance I went through     Your phone will say it s been disconnected Tmk76

I had great hopes for this app and the functionality actually it s quite good although much of the functionality promoted it is not actually available yet Tried to add a single and multiple contacts from iPhone and was told that it needed to be done from the website Even then while you were instructed to import contacts it is impossible to do so Support led me to believe otherwise and after many email exchanges finally said that it could not be done yet Good app if gets developed but unfortunately this app failed to launch successfully It really defeats the purpose to have to add contacts manually first name last name telephone number much less trying to group them all into specific categories manually What a Whoopin         Failure to Lainch Andrew the tightwad

I ve tried them all YouMail voice transcription is the best but at a cost of 20 month with limited monthly messages Vision is much less expensive and has very good transcription The iPhone app works great as well Keep it up                     Better value than YouMail Si02Man

I used many different voicemail programs and loved youmail None of them offered text transcribing Youmail wants you to pay extra for that Thankful to find this program                     Nice voicemail WVKris

The app was working for two weeks up until about just recently It closes almost 5 to 6 seconds after I open it now Please fix the bug otherwise I ll have to delete the app and ask for a full refund             Please fix the bug RiveraFam

When I switched to iPhone I missed my voice mail to text option This gives it back and it s worth it to be able to see my voicemail so that if I m at work I can take a quick glance and see what it was It has issues connecting with my contacts and says unknown unless they are matched with Facebook It also is showing I have one alert message and I don t I ve gone in over and over to get that one off my screen                 Good app snmnstrs24
