This app continues to crash on all 3 family Iphones I ant even open the app to see if the family locator service works Hopefully this multi billion company figures out how to fix this problem Normally I dont write negative reviews but this one takes the cake so Im passing on the my and my familys experience If the issue gets fixed I will update my review What a Joke

This app works well but then freezes Initial start up is also slow other than that its a good product Its good then crashes

I use this app to check on my two college kids location mostly on weekends It is simple to use and does not drain battery on my phone or their phone with constant use of GPS Nice App Gets job done

Well after 7 hours and a few different verizon reps we got this to work BUT ALL 5 new iPhones 6 were laying on the table but on my iPad showed them In three different places I was told the iPhones were not compatible to Verizons system and were not able to triangulate so the 8 miles would represent the towers are that far apart sorry thats not very accurate Why would they not tell me this in the beginning Find my iPhone is accurate with in a few feet well just put your kidds info into find my iPhone and you will have the info you need 8 miles off

After paying for service cannot get this app to run or my iPhone is too slow with newest IOS to function with it Unstable will not fully load

Verizon clearly needs to spend time on this app Does not work at all and at 10 a month to not be able to locate my kids is not worth it I will be discontinuing and finding something else Not Good At All

This app works 2 of the time and only gives location within a 3 mile radius so you never really know and cant trust the accuracy This app is slow inaccurate costly and frustrating Dont bother Waste of time money and battery use

After upgrading to iOS 8 the family locator app constantly crashes when opening or signing in A big waste When it did work in the previous iOS version the family locator app only shows the phone within a 12 mile radius how is that supposed to help Unreliable and crashes

I started using the Verizon Family Locator 2 years ago Recently we renewed our contract with Verizon and all 4 of us upgraded to iphone 5s Now the Family Locator only shows us within a 2 to 10 mile radius I worked with Verizon TechCoach and Verizon TechSupport for a full day I was finally told that was the best that this product can provide Doesnt work well for iphone 5S

This is the worst As I write this my wife is going on her second hour with Verizon and they cant get this working Save your time and money and dont use this Dont do it

This app is horrible The GPS shows exactly where we are but the app says we are at least a mile away from there Not accurate at all Unreliable
