I am one of those that obsess over checking my bank account often and I am so thrilled with how easy it is now with the new touch feature You just have to go into your profile after logging in and enable the feature I logged out and logged back in using it and it worked like a charm So great Thanks VCCU                     Touch Feature So Great AmandaSoCalRE

Please VCCU you need to invest in regular updates in the mobile banking app I m on an iPhone 6 Plus running on iOS 9 2 and I always have to either close the app or delete the app and download it again so it can work         Crashes and lags on login page SunshineAwesome

VCCU Online services have gone backwards in recent years Now I m left having to leave to find services like complete bill pay iPhone check photo deposit applepay an app that works It s too bad love the folks at the branches they ROCK I m out     VCCU Way behind the others jimm00re

App itself is a huge improvement over the old one which was actually less useful than simply texting my transfers and balance inquiries Set up was a breeze for me possibly people having problems should be told to re register at the website The initial website setup is a problem to a lot of people who aren t used to dealing with high security sites and enhanced password requirements I know I had to help my wife do hers but once in and registered the rest falls into place Great job                     Great app new website is awesome too KickerRick

The old app was much easier to access on the go when you wanted to check accounts quickly Now you need to have a lunch break to open the app Please fix the amount of time it takes to log in Thank you will change to 5 star when that is done Since VCCU rocks             Very SLOW Funky-_-monkey

This is a major step forward from the last app Sure the registration process was a challenge but was expected when rolling out a new app and web page I love having all my charges in detail at my fingertips I was able to deposit a check into my account by taking a photo of the front and back It was credited to my account the next day Thank you VCCU for moving into the 21st century                     Great Pop-O

This is a great upgrade compared to the very antiquated previous app I like the interface and all the new options The app is a bit slow to launch and to log in compared to others I also was unable to do a remote deposit by scanning checks a feature I was waiting for For some reason it says my account is not capable to do so I too had the issue about different picture and different security phrase every time It was because I had not registered and was using my old credentials I registered on the new website and that issue went away             Great upgrade a bit slow Aaaaaat

Hate this app Very frustrating trying to get access to my account Very disappointed Tried calling customer service and they say the call could not be transferred to a representative Also when I try to log in it doesn t show the same picture Changes pictures every time I try to log in with the same username HORRIBLE UPGRADE     Horrible gioflores96
