US Open Tennis Championships 2010

Great app cant wait for the US Open                 Always love this app

Ive used this app for a couple years now and its always been great This year however is another story entirely The app wont update Mine hasnt updated since last week I dont know what they did to this formerly awesome app but undo it next year     Useless

Scores are late and just not good        Not good

Scores dont refresh Wish there was a way to get notifications when matches are starting when I am on the grounds m     Meh doesnt do much

It is very disappointing that you can not see live matches It was a lost opportunity to build a great app     Disappointing

Of the four Grand Slam apps the US Open app is easily the worst There are endless problems and inadequacies which other reviewers discuss at length Tragically the app reflects the state of American tennis minus Serena on the whole no substance and riddled with weakness        Reflection of American Tennis

For the first few days of the tournament this app worked Not very well though It would take 30 seconds for the scores to refresh when it opened Now the app doesnt work at all It is devoid of content     Stopped working

This year I think youve actually sunk below Roland Garros which I never thought possible At a basic level have the scoreboard work and keep up is top priority Youve failed     Every year it gets worse

One of worst apps out there eg where can you find brackets and no not the game with upcoming rounds Cant view at a glance the standings and who is matched up next Have to scroll long list of upcoming games and times Compare this with 5 star MLB app the best sports app out there user friendly with audio and play by play with statistics on players     It is a scrambled app

Whats up with the text box formatting The content barely takes up half the screen        Looks terrible on 6 Plus

If youre going to use red notification badges on the device screen to call attention to new content in the app then you have to pay that off when the app has been opened This app fails that simple standard Hoping this reaches the development team since this is kind of App 101     Notification fail

2015 Review App much better than last year and like the links to each courts live video The blue links on a blue background of a very similar color are almost impossible to read Please fix 2014 Review Have to watch an IBM commercial before every short video clip most not worth watching like Baldwin advertising the US Open I understand ads help pay the bills but then give us something that is actually worth watching        Blue text links impossible to read

It has a place to select favorite players but it wont save the selections nor does it have any way to track those favorites It does provide scores and stories that are just as easily found elsewhere The one thing saving it from deletion is the bracket challenge where if I get REALLY lucky I might win something        Meh

Easy to use and I can follow my favorite players easily I dont have a lot of time to watch the tournament and this app keeps me up to date                 Great app

It is 448PM They are still posting this mornings results as In Progress     Pathetic

Also cant filter matches by category womens singles etc but no pull to refresh feature is disappointing seems like there should be a tab for just video stream too           Cant refresh scores easily

This app is really hard to use Things dont scroll right or flow to know what I am supposed to do     Why is IBM making apps

The only reason I use this app is to listen to matches in the car Unfortunately the radio crashes every 30 seconds Is it possible for me to sit with my phone in my hand constantly toggling the stopplay button while driving Absolutely not Every other year this feature had worked flawlessly PLEASE FIX THIS Sincerely A tennis lover and commuter     FIX THE RADIO

Why is there no refresh button Why cant you track match stats Why doesnt it bring me to player profiles through clicking on the player headshots in the Live Scores section     annoying stupid app

I fail to see who can be proud of this app when I try to navigate through I give up because there is really nothing interesting On the plus side you can see the score On the very negative side since many of us use the app for the Radio it is FULL of non stop advertising for stupids Amex cars blabla Take example on the other apps Roland Garros Wimbledon and stop polluting my hears     Non stop repetitive ads

This app used to allow me to watch the matches Live steaming This year ESPN has seemed to cash out on their monopoly and wont allow the app to show the matches Dont like the app anymore        confused

Wow I am very impressed with this app First it is extremely easy to use and navigate Second I really enjoy that I can watch matches live and set all kinds of notifications with players I also really enjoy the bracket challenge Though I did not do very well so far it is fun to pick Match outcomes in advance I also appreciate that tabs are implemented in the app now so it is even easier to move from one part of the app to another The schedule layout is much improved as well Most importantly for me however is the great accessibility with voiceover I really appreciate the work that has been done so that I can hear just about every part of the app spoken In the past the video section has been very inaccessible as most videos were not labeled But that is no longer the case now as all videos are labeled so that I know exactly what Im about to listen to Though there could be some slight accessibility improvements in the bracket challenge ultimately I had Little trouble picking The players The latest schedule and players screens are mostly accessible with only a few unlabeled buttons I have very little trouble navigating these screens Its great The scores tab needs a bit of work as voiceover does not read the scoring statistics very well because of the table format Though I have not viewed every option under the more tab I have enjoyed using the videos and the bracket challenge options The feedback section needs a bit of work but if a user stays with it that user should be able to figure out how this section works Thank you for the work that you have done to prepare this app for accessibility With voiceover I appreciate your continued work to make it fully accessible Thank you              Intuitive featurerich great excess ability

As always the USTA cant do anything computer based well Whomever them hired to create this app should give all the money back Would give it 0 stars if I could     Terrible

No links to players Auto updates almost nonexistent Last night the draws for the 2nd day not even filled even though all matches were completed except for 3     By far the worst Open App of the 4 Opens

Simple things like being able to swipe from day to day are not present How come when I tap a players name it doesnt take me to their page Simple things like that are pretty inexcusable for such a large tourey     Pretty terrible actually

This app is terrible You can select your favorite players but doesnt track them for you nor does it show when they are playing next like the other grand slam apps Dont waste your space on your phone with this mess     Very Poor effort

The US Open app used to let you watch the matches lives from the app on your smartphone but now greed has cashedout on that option For those of us who have cut the cord from cable TV providers of which cordless HBO Showtime apps have responded brilliantly the US Open and ESPN have zero options for cordless tournament viewing as in years past Three steps forward two steps back to whomever the USTA had design the website     Horrid Awful Awful Awful

I used this app to follow the tournament virtually for the first few days Scores updated in real time Yesterday I used the app in the stadium It helped me find the players and matches I wanted to watch in the grounds I kept up with other matches at the same time Very helpful Great app                 Great fan experience on or offsite

This app is nonresponsive The pages dont refresh if you let your phone sit idle and then come back in 5 or 10 minutes to check the score again it wont update You have to load a different page and then reload the score page Thats really the only feature I want to use on this app and its useless     Pages dont refresh

Wont update on my iPod touch Still seeing Wednesday matches but it is Thursday I click on Mens Singles and get Wed Womens Singles Now using kindle fire     Updates

This app is awful I get quicker updates on non tennis apps     US Open app

The developers of this app need to look into how great the regular ATPWTA app is and take lesson Its slow to update clumsy and doesnt provide all of the relevant tennis stats for a given match Just bad     Awful
