I love the app I was on travel and was in an important meeting when got a text from my wife that she got a flat tire just off the highway I opened urgently app entered her location my bad that I forgot to download urgently on her new phone and requested help Within minutes help was on the way and both my wife I were able to track the driver on the map Thanks urgently for the great Family View feature Driver not only changed her tire but followed her to the work and patched the original tire I would highly recommend it to all my friends I like new accident detection feature added to new version of the app Way cool urgently Better than anything else

Great app When my insurance company took more than one hour to send me a tow truck I asked them to cancel and I downloaded this App and got a tow truck in 10 min Works the same way as an Uber Taxi Awesome Minor suggestion In the App in the tow options add wheel lift since some modern cars like my Volvo lock the ignition key and dont let you shift the gear to neutral so a flat bed tow truck is not useful The Uber of Towing

One of the best apps on the appstore Didnt know if the app would work for my area so I emailed their costumer support Their very own CEO replied back saying that my area is indeed covered and that their website hasnt been updated Used Urgently next day for a tow and they contacted me to confirm my request Took about 20 minutes from the time I requested a tow and the truck arriving on my front yard Took another 20 minutes to get my car to the auto repair shop which was 10 miles away Overall awesome service from the driver the towing company and Urgently Thank you for the great app NextGen roadside

Highly recommend Its about time technology came to towing I was able to track the tow truck all the way in to my broken down car just like Uber Seemed 3x quicker than my last experience with AAA Uber for Roadside Assistance

I love this app Just shows how technology can make you feel safer I would like to include their accident detection for all my family members Awesome app

While this might be a good idea it is miserably executed I sat in my car for more than 2 hours waiting for a two truck only to find out that they had accidentally cancelled my request twice and had to reinstate it Meanwhile the tracking system did not work at all since the GPS was apparently tied to the dispatchers phone and not the phone of the driver I found this out when I finally called the driver and discovered it was the dispatcher who explained the situation to me In all I waited nearly 3 hours for a tow truck when I could have just called a local tow company and been picked up in about 20 minutes They really should have done a better job working out the kinks on this before rolling it out Useless

I really liked this appbefore i used to have a lot of road side problems but now i just open this app Amazingly the service is fast and efficient Loved this app
