Ive been using this app a few times and it works as it should But a routine virus scan on my PC revealed that the UOB Mobile 111ipa file in my itunes mobile cachce is infected with the HTMLInfectedWebPageGen2 virus What a shocker Im removing this app right away Seriously UOB is that the best you could do Im imagining you guys must have been engaging those 3rd rated startup mobile app developer jeez People beware if you dont want your account to get hacked or something delete this app rightaway App Contains HTMLInfectedWebPageGen2 Virus Beware

Uses flipping transition for everything is disorientating You guys seriously need to start doing user testing before releasing it to public Badly designed

This is rather embarrassing for a reputable bank like UOB UOB should fire the app design development and test teams How can the UAT test been passed Other minor issues are the UI and navigation Performance issue page loading is extremely slow

Impressive app It seems to let me do all my usual online banking on my iPhone and more Thats a good thing because Online Banking no longer works on Mac OS X Lions Safari browser nor Googles Chrome Anyway I especially appreciate the Locate ATM function Its Augmented Reality is a very nice touch The new Mobile Cash should come in handy We have to add regular recipients via online banking first though an act I cant perform for reason mentioned beforehand Sigh Would the app developer sell it to DBSPOSB please Most of my monies are with that Mac OS X Lion friendly Bank now Id give you a five stars rating if you in addition to German language support CHINESE too Good Mobile Banking App

This app is not tested properly Should not have been released Cant add payee When trying to enter account number you cant scroll down or remove the keyboard to go to next step or next field Essentially the add payee function is not usable Cant add payee

Error EC16 Cant load Problem

Really bad appthe old version was much better and always worked This one NEVER works Please fix it Always crash

This new version doesnt work I keep getting an EC16 error that doesnt allow me to log in at all Cant believe it can be approved to be released Dont download

I concur with the other reviewer the flip transitions are unnecessary and disorientating The other design elements of the user interface should also be looked at And why does my SMS OTP appear differently and not as an SMS Having been living in Australia mobile banking there is way better I suggest you take a look at Commonwealth Banks mobile banking app Looks great and works great Bad Interfacebut it works

Well the app somewhat gets the job done but whoever designed it didnt think practically Every time you press a button you have to wait for the new page to load Even the back button Furthermore there is this stupid and annoying flipping animation when you press options It gets really annoying whenever you use the app It works okay at what it claims to do but you have to live with the crappy interface Slow loading times with stupid flipping animations

Had the EC16 error too Deleting the app completely and installing from the App Store again seems to help Reinstalling helps

This app only works for UOB accounts at Singapore based branches If you have an account at UOB in another country the app is useless Useless
