This app makes you believe you can earn discounts etc by scanning it when you check out etc Ive probably spent 700 since the time Ive got the app and had one 10 percent discount from the app that expired within a week of me achieving it So that is definitely not the reason to get the app Shopping is simple on the app though which would be more of the reason to get it Eh

Total scam on UO partthey say by turning Urban On and signing up for their email list youll get 10 off your next purchase If you do that then they ask you to download this app once again promising the same thing After signing into the app the ask you to hook us your social accounts so they can spam your friends once again promising that 10 Turns out you never get that discount I called them turns out they wait for you to buy something and then use your signup to send you a discount after you have already bought stuff so signing up and downloading this app doesnt actually give you a discountno it simply lets them track your purchase so they can market to you and your friends before giving you a discount Shady I think so Scam

I cant figure out how to add items to a favoriteswish list So whats the point Fix this please Favorites

I cant sign on It keeps telling me it has some trouble validating my account even though I know my credentials are correct Ugh

Honestly whoever designed and maintains your app should be fired Wont let me sign in half the time and when it does Im constantly have to resign in to put anything on a wish list Most recent anoyment is that it wont let me open up the keypad so I cant search for anything or even log in to my account which keeps logging me out of And now it doesnt even load at all Just the worst I feel bad that you actually paid someone for this The worst

Had a lot of sign in problems and password issues have spent a lot and never received a discount but I do enjoy shopping on the app more than online It could be better

I would rather deal with Comcast Ordering things doesnt work and the customer service is horrible Just go to the store If theres not one near you just dont get anything from the website because its pointless to try Horrible

I really like shopping at this store but somehow every time I scan the app at the checkout it wont give me my rewards like the Five for 5 even if I do purchase more than five times Someone needs to fix this and I just want my rewards Needs to be fixed

whenever i try to see the reviews on a product the app crashes i always look at reviews before purchasing something so the crashing is really frustrating please fix it crashing

The app used to work great and I had no problem navigating using my Urban ID checking in at my local store or placing an order Now the app automatically logged me out of my account and claims that my emailpassword are incorrect which is not true because I can access it just fine online It wont pull up my rewards anymore and basically it has gone to crap WORTHLESS Please fix PLEASE FIX

You cant view your orders or past orders or shipping status These seem like pretty basic functions of a store app Additionally the promised 10 off coupon code upon downloading never came I had to call twice to get it If youre obsessed with Urban Outfitters and have too much free time then download this Otherwise its not very useful More social than functional

The overall app is really nice but I just wish you could view your Wish List on the app because I have most of my saved stuff on there Pretty good functionality though Only missing one thing
