The main feature I care about is depositing checks by taking pictures of them This basically works but is a terrible experience Id almost rather drive to the bank 1 You have to hold the camera vertically but take a picture of the check horizontally Counterintuitive and poor use of the camera pixels And there are no instructions for this 2 When it displays the picture of the check it stretches it to be horizontal even though it made you take the picture vertically What are they thinking 3 It analyzes the images but does a bad job of it It failed to find the endorsement signature twice even though I signed it with a fat black sharpie It failed to find the deposit amount multiple times If it can find a signature block why does it care what the orientation of the image is It should be able to flip it around Instead you have to try over and over until you figure out the one way that it wants you to do it 4 When anything goes wrong with the deposit it makes you start all over This is by far my biggest complaint If it has a problem with an image you cant just retake the that image You have to reenter the amount rechoose the account retake the image of the front retake the image of the back retap Confirm and retap Confirm again with many seconds of waiting between the steps This is a terrible design 5 The Confirm and Cancel buttons at the end are long and thin and stacked atop each other Its hard to hit Confirm without risking hitting Cancel accidentally Buttons should be finger shaped     Worst bank app ever

I have been using this do make mobile deposits check my balance and such which has worked fine The photo orientation on the mobile deposit function needs work it doesnt rotate the checks to landscape consistently even though I orient the camera that way but the deposits seem to be going through Todays glitch I was looking for a nearby ATM and opted to let the app show me the location on the map I could see no way to exit the map and return to the main app Even closing and reopening the app still took me to the map I had to delete and reload the app              Helpful app but one glitch

This app needs to be updated The resolution does not work well with the new iPhones The app its basically a browser for web app Developers have all moved away from that Please update this app and I will promise a 5 star rating     Its outdated

This is just a portal for the website Make it a real app not this garbage See the MACU app so much better     Useless

This appweb portal needs work ASAP We as members of the CU need a more respectable app for our banking needs Add bill pay and a better check deposit set up PLEASE     Needs a lot of work

The mobile check deposit photo capture function is a bit funky but only takes a few seconds to figure out Overall this app has really improved my banking experience It is so convenient I am really looking forward to future iterations                 Works well mostly

Great app but its force closes Very annoying As well it takes a long time to load Ill give it a five star once its fixed           Needs to be updated

I hope that they look at other bank mobile apps and follow suit As of right now they kind of cheated and are using the website to be the actual application        Mobile website in a wrapper

Its a simple app that gets the job done they just introduced check deposit from the app as well as letting you transfer between bank accounts              Simple yet effective

But ok if all you want to do is check your balances        Not very robust

Updated review New update for app resolved inability to deposit checks This app used to work for depositing checks I upgraded both my phone and my wifes phone to IOS9 and now neither of us can select the account to deposit the check                 IOS9 broke the app

This app doesnt have Bill pay or ACH origination to other financial institutions On the transfer screen the font get so big that you cant select the correct account Remote deposit capture take several times taking the picture in order for it to work After you take the picture the app rotate the image opposite of the way the picture was taken Please fix these bugs     Need some work

It has been over a year since the last update I dont understand why this is Considering there are plenty of bugs to be smashed and UI enhancements to be made Every other bank updates their apps Why not this one        Ever going to update

Pretty decent for a first run Ill keep an eye for updates but it sure beats the Internet version Nice job guys              President GRE Inc

I like the convenience of mobile checking I read several reviews on problems with U of U credit union mobile deposit but thought Id give it a try Everything appeared to work ok until I went to take a picture of the check the screen went blank and the picture was black Tried again and couldnt take a picture at all This is an app problem when are you going to fix it Test a my other bank everything went fine     Disappointed

Well it could be worse It looks like they just took their Mobile Website and pumped it into a Mobile Wrapper No Transfers to other members no mobile deposit A little slow like the University CU Website is and just over all clunky Until they add mobile features and more options avoid this app and use something like Mint which gives you the same information in a faster more intuitive interface        Meh It Could be worse
