Union Bank for iPad®

I depend on this app please fix     App used to work very well now just crashes

Before the current version it was possible to edit payees on iPad but no longer Try to stop payment on a check or payment on your iPadyou cant They say its a security issue So why not use your account name password and add an additional screen or two but dont tell me it cant be done I talked to them on the phone and they dont have answers or solutions Im moving three accounts with significant balances to a new bank that has a customer centered site Been banking with them for over 25 years but its time to move     New version stinksand Union Bank doesnt get it

How is this acceptable when hundreds of thousands of smaller banks than union bank support apple pay and Touch ID integration yet union bank doesnt This is unacceptable and making me seriously consider if I want to keep an account with them     No Apple pay or Touch ID support

Seriously you have yet to add Touch ID as a way to login to your account Also when are you going to support apple pay Countless banks already support it But not union bank Whats up with that        No TouchID or Apple Pay Why

Crashes every time you try to take a picture of the check A waste of time ended up going to the bank     Horrible for Check Deposits

I downloaded this specifically to make mobile phone check deposits Based on all the reviews its broken and I verified it is broken as well Just on a hunch I installed the commercial Version of this app and the photo check deposit works fine Just use your normal user ID and password and your checking and savings accounts should come up I will wait and see if in fact the check is deposited and I will comment on this review later     Use the commercial version

First there is a major problem logging in today September 11 2015 It just crashes immediately after login Everyone else is saying the same thing in reviews Please fix ASAP Normally its a great app What it needs to make it superb is fingerprint recognition login Robin Hood the stock trading app has this and its awesome It would be so great for Union Bank and secure Please add as soon as you can Right now any way to log in would be helpful The crashing is driving me crazy              Fingerprint recognition PLEASE

Forcing a customer to use this broken app instead when they try to deposit a check or conduct any other business for that matter using the commercial banking app is a good way to lose a customer Who makes such a foolish decision     Mobile check deposit broken

Finally Union Bank evolved from ugly amatourish disasters and built a polished iOS app that I want to use Now would be great if they could add some stats ala Mint Good Job Union Bank              Finally

This is the best bank out there Technology is coming along but at least you dont have to deal with the poor service and lack of care at those big banks                 Amazing

We have multiple Union Bank accounts We have been traveling this summer to states without Union Bank branches and need to continue to make deposits We were able to make mobile deposits in all our accounts up until early June Then came the vaunted upgrade All but 2 of our accounts disappeared It is now 4 weeks later and still 4 weeks later and Union Bank is till unable to restore the missing accounts Unbelievable Had to pay Priority mail prices to deposit checks Not acceptable in this day of seamless technology     Check deposit the worst

This version is useless The old app which was great is now only available to commercial customers I guess that tells me where I stand They tell me Im a Priority Customer I used to feel like one Not anymore What they dont get is that the app is many peoples primary interface with they bank badly done UBOC Badly done     Guess Im not a Priority anymore

1st calling into customer service they dont know how it works according to them i needed to delete and reinstall APP so crazy to give it a try I did just that an no surprise that did not fix it the limits dont match up at all to how they advertise i save time and money as a small business very small by not having to go into branch Not really happy with inner workings     Daily monthly limits to limited

The app is useless Deposit function is inoperable it does not allow an image of the check to even be taken Closing then reopening does not solve the problem nor does deleting and redownloading Dont waste the space on your phone with a download of this app     Garbage

Overall this app is fine with one major exception The check deposit feature pretty consistently cause of the app to crash Its happened to me on multiple occasions and it crashed eight times just prior to my writing this review It crashes at the point where you have to take a picture of the check Sometimes it crashes as soon as you touch the front of check button and sometimes it crashes at the point of actually taking the picture That can be pretty frustrating           Check deposit feature crashes the app

Looks like they fixed the problem Just installed the new app today and was able to make a deposit by check without any issues              It works

it wont open without crashing I deleted then reloaded it still NFG     NFG It used to work now it just crashes

This app can never confirm the amount of the check I enter against the amount written on the check even from different check writers Every time this app cannot confirm the amount for deposit What a waste of time        Crappy App horrible check deposit features

This app has made great strides over previous versions Excited for the additions of Touch ID and Apple pay in the future Get on it UB                 Great functionality

Clunky and unresponsive interface Mobile deposit works only half the time Every time the app prompts me to choose the account I want to deposit a check even if I only have one account Minor annoyance Yes But it does add up to the frustration using this subpar app     Its frustrating to use

I am happy to report that this the latest version of the Union Bank App is completely VoiceOver Apples software screen reading solution for the blind and low vision accessible I can now perform ALL of my banking transactions via VoiceOver with confidence on my iPhone 6 Plus A heartfelt thank you to the developers of this amazing tool                 This Version Is VoiceOver Perfect

good luck getting the app to recognize checks for deposit because it really is a matter of pure luck     Almost useless

Everything works great Finally just about everything Just wish we could use the thumb print Instead of the password When will the memo section actually show up              Getting better Add fingerprint memos to view on transfers

1 star is generous Downloaded app specifically to deposit checks and the app failed Combined with security concerns around mobile and its a no go     Waste of time and effort

I have read other reviews and while there may be some minor issues the same issues exist with other banks apps A different bank with great app reviews didnt have anyone in the bank willing to assist me when I had issuesquestions At least Union Bank has people willing to assist me and address any issuesconcerns Keep up the great work Union Bank                 Nothing but great

I was able to deposit one check only After I did it once the app kept crashing when I tried to deposit another check I even delete the app and reinstall it Still I couldnt deposit anymore check     Keep crashing

The last two or three updates for this app have been crashing right after I logged into my account So I couldnt do anything with it at all Fortunately this last update fixes whatever problem it was preventing me from using my app I think it was an incompatibility with a Notification Center today view widget I could never figure out which one was doing it Of all the apps that I have on my device this is the one that needs to work all the time So I really didnt appreciate not being able to use it for almost 4 months I also see that the voiceover capabilities have been restored I am glad to hear that But I agree with another reviewer Apple Pay is here to stay and Union Bank needs to start living in the 21stcentury rather than the 19th when they used to be called First National Bank Ill give four stars just because I am able to use this app again but not the five the fact that I couldnt use it for three and s half months reduces that by one star Previous This time I think it had something to do with the way the app is logging into my account it accepts my login and then it crashes immediately It may have been version 130 or 131 I am not surebut I had actually successfully deposited several checks into my account successfully key word I know it is not my device so its got to be Union Bank That has to be fixed ASAP              Latest version fixes my problem with App crashing after login

They will hold your check for 7 business days before you can access it Save yourself the trouble and go in to the bank Just a horrible phone app altogether I would only use it to check my balance     Dont use mobile deposit

After the last update I can no longer deposit checks via the app Im on an iPhone 6 plus when I go to take a picture of the front of the check the app just quits and logs me out completely     Last update broke check deposit

Union bank needs to step it up and look to its competitors for ways to improve this app It doesnt have access to eBills which is frustrating so its impossible to get an accurate view of future scheduled bill payments           Doesnt have all the functionality as BofA

It wont let me deposit checks When I get to the screen to take a picture I can tap all day but it wont let me take a picture of the front of the back I double checked and the app has access to the camera I guess I am just going to have to deposit in a different bank Epic Failure     Cant deposit checks

This app does all I need it to do except how about allowing iPhone users to be able to access accounts through their fingerprint abilities Also Apple Pay is awesome and would love to use this feature as well If both were added this would be a 5 star app all day           Great except
