I find this app extremely useful in three situations deck building collection organizing and making card wishlists I can both look over the cards I already have and browse for Ones that I don t As others have said the main problem with this app is the Lack of updates for newer Magic sets There are many cards That I have bought recently that can t be added to my in app collection Also there is some lag in the change of card images when you scroll down the screen                 I love the concept but not the execution MutantNME

I really enjoy this app and the fact that I am able to have a database of my entire collection The thing is the app doesn t seem to be updated There are no cards from the set Battle of Zendikar The images of the cards is not updated either This needs to be fixed and fixed soon or I will be getting rid of it             Awesome but needs to be updated Fed-Up&Exhausted!

This isn t the magic app you are looking for move along This app isn t exactly updated The filter section for standard lists theros magic2015 and journey into nix All of which have cycled out of standard It also does not list the newest set battle for zendikar The app is amazingly beautiful and easy to use But if the sets are off like this in the format in which you play the app is essentially useless I want to like this app but can t for the lack of updates     Lack of updates Reaxi0n

This app is very good because it helps me stay organized with my decks One problem I faced with the the app was that it was not consistent with updating I cannot find any cards from battle for Zendikar I just wish this app was consistent with its updates but besides that it Works Great                 Very good but JorgeA830

It s a really good app as long as you don t want to add cards from the most recent blocks Battle for Zendikar and Magic Origins when this review was written It used to update almost immediately after the release of a block             Great app just not very updated Just an Otaku

I originally liked this app I even paid for the Pro version However the developer seems to barely support it anymore The Origins update was pushed after the Battle for Zendikar set was released When I posted a message to the support forum asking about updates the post was removed by the moderators For these reasons I no longer recommend this app     Updates Few and Far Between resound01

I have loved this app and found it the best database on the market for recording my collection of cards however though Origins updated on my iPhone awhile ago I still don t get it on my iPad where I use uMagic Would give it 5 stars otherwise             Wish Origins would update ArtWench

The app has a nice graphical design but there are main times when it s slow to respond At times the app takes between 7 14 seconds to switch between views and have the app start responding For example when adding cards to a deck from a collection this appears to happen every time Click on a card and you ll wait 7 14 seconds then it will switch to the detailed card view Add the card to a deck Go back to the collection click on another card and wait 7 14 seconds Makes it unusable     Very slow capsfan123456

It s attractive and visual and seems relatively stable but Search filters don t work correctly try selecting legend and creature the legend type doesn t exist anymore should be legendary but anyway you ll mostly see commons For an app that s about filtering and displaying magic cards not having working filter them is pretty bad         Shows promise but currently beta znodd

The screenshots attracted me to this app I love the way the artwork is displayed in the background and the layout is fantastic The attention to detail is excellent By far this is best looking app of its kind I ve come across As for usability I find it offers quite a lot though I would like to request three things 1 As a beginning Magic player there were some things I didn t understand and there is no guide to explain these things for you Some simple help text that could be toggled on and off might be nice 2 My biggest suggestion would be to include a filter option in the deck building section to only show cards in a particular collection I d like to easily look thought my existing collection to build a new deck rather than search the entire catalog of Magic cards 3 It would be very nice if in the deck building section creature strength was indicated on the full list view in addition to the mana cost that is currently displayed That way determining what to add or subtract from a deck would be a great deal easier                     Beautiful deck building and collection tracking app artofmana

I enjoy working with uMagic It s simple and elegant I appreciate that Collections is an integrated part of the app not an additional purchase Building a deck from my own collection is a little bit cumbersome though requiring multiple operations to add more than one copy of a card List views and sort options would be nice additions to the Collections As would an offline card database and sharper card images For what it is I think it s at a good price but I would gladly pay more for added features                 Simple and elegant with room to improve Jedidiah1225

This app is always up to date on the newest set in mtg The app is very useful for analyzing new constructed decks in a visual manor that allows easy access to all descriptions of your cards                     Is rly good Kooda7

This apps interface is incredible and allows you to build decks easily My only drawback is the test function is not very responsive and you are really just playing cards out and not playing the game Overall it is an excellent app for anyone who inspires to build a new deck                 Great deck building app Stan lee fanatic

I ve been using umagic on my iPhone since it was first released and the experience is second to none I loved it so much I was using the iPhone app on my iPad because I didn t want to use anything else I m so glad it s finally made for iPad too My only gripe is after paying for premium on the iPhone I now also have to pay for it on the iPad without getting any extra benefits For now I ll just leave the deck stats to my phone But other than that fantastic app and I would recommend it to anyone                     Finally iRell865

This is super solid and usable The developer is really good about responding to the questions I ve sent him I am optimistic about the new update system which would fix the only really issue I had with the older version I bought the pro version and make good use of it and I hope to contribute to this app remaining my favorite mtg deck building option and reference tool                     Best option Jfox250
