Ultimate History Quiz

This app is horrible There are a lot of questions that are repeated and there are many questions that do not have to do with history For example What planet revolves around the sun the fastest Tell me what that has to do with history This app also fails to load even when I have 3G The questions arent very challenging Please fix these problems soon        This app is is disappointing

I LOVE history trivia this game is awesome That being said Im really disappointed in the fact that I have to have a WiFi connection in order to play I dont have WiFi at home it seems a bit ridiculous to go to a hot spot just to play a game I have other trivia games that allow me to play without WiFi so for 2 this one should too           Funbut limiting

This game is not the ultimate It repeats questions all the time so it is not difficult to get all ten answers It is not varied enough and concentrates a lot on the US presidents and the Civil War It is not worth the small fee     Ultimate History Quiz

Its really basic for an app that costs money I would expect a lack of features from a lite or free app but this just isnt worth it     Not worth 2

Its ok to pass some time but there are some errors in the questions and answers Its irritating seeing a history app post incorrect information especially after I spent the last few years getting my undergrad in history The game still freezes a little but not as much Questions arent as incorrect as in cash cab but its what can be expected from the history channel I thought better but I guess my professors were right        Ok to pass time

This is a great addition to the civil war app Puts you in the mood to learn things you never even thought about Touché                 Great Addition

This app doesnt want to work sometimes And sometimes when you pick an answer it says its wrong and gives the correct answer that wasnt even one of the choices        Messes up

Maybe this is just my iphone but it didnt seem to respond to my touch like I wanted it to I pressed it noticibly and it didnt do anything but when I didnt intend to do something it did it        Dumb Touch Sensor

Principally aimed at people with little or no knowledge of history it was a real disappointment especially with the pop culture questions thrown in        Disappointment

I have reread all there is to read about this app and no where does it suggest I cant play the quizzes as a single player without the internet Obviously multiplayer would require it Im sick of apple not providing enough info BEFORE they take your money There is nothing in the Requirements section and the screen shots dont show a Wifi or 3G icon I call that lying by omission     Apps that require internet connections need to say so

Everyone is saying this app needs wifi to work but that is not the case I play both single and multiplayer on 3G often The questions arent quite as repetitive as everyone is making them out to be but there are times when questions come up more than once HOWEVER that is not within the same game I personally love this app but there has been an issue with it since I last updated While playing in multiplayer the View Stats button has somehow moved behind my answer and I therefore cannot click on it to see how the other players are responding to the questions That is VERY annoying I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but to no avail I wonder if Im the only one with this problem Either way its still a great app              Worth it

This is fun but the questions started repeating within 20 minutes of playing for the first time The winners frequently have times that are half of what the second and third place times are This tells me they dont need to read more than the first few words because they have seen the question before This is more fun as a single player because of the above Should be free or 99           Just ok

Ive really enjoyed this app on the iPhone 4 but find it very buggy on my new iPhone 5 It times out on questions is generally unresponsive and very frustrating I havent been Able to get 10 consecutive questions without some kind of blow up Do not waste your money     Works iPhone 4 but not iPhone 5

Why is it that socalled History quizzes have to include inane pop culture and sports questions A person who knows that the Treaty of Utrecht ended the War of Spanish Succession is unlikely to know the name of some little known star of a little known TV Comedy and probably viceversa Also although it is a US based company it is way too Americocentric It should be called the AMERICAN History quiz since it ignores 95 of the rest of the worlds history     Pop culture is NOT history
