The Ultimate Career Interview – Quizzes

Id like to start by saying that I like the idea of this app It probably should be called something else because it is less of an interview prep and more of a logic quiz The issue I have with it is that it has some serious problems For one thing there is no explanation for the problems You will occasionally just get a series of numbers and some numbers as answers with no explanation of what you should be answering for Or you will get some kind of analogy that makes no sense For example Book A pages B fiction C pictures D learning Thats it Are you supposed to figure out which one doesnt belong Or which one does belong Or which one adds up to the same numerical letter values I have no idea and I think Im not horrible at these usually The answer was pages by the way My second issue is that the answers are always multiple choice but there is a problem with scrolling on the screen where the question is So if you have a long question that takes up the whole screen you cant see the answers to select one and you have no option of skipping the question So you take a 30 question30 minute quiz miss 5 because you dont understand the format then get stuck on question 28 with no option except to exit and start all over again Which brings me to my final complaint which is that for a quiz that has a fair amount of focus on word usage and grammar selection this thing is rife with typos and grammatical errors I suppose some of these issues could be overlooked if this was a free app that a high school kid put together for class but unfortunately I paid money for this app without noticing it had no reviews and had not been updated since it was released 7 months ago I hope that this review serves as a warning for anyone out there that is hoping to find some kind of job interview prep app and can avoid making the same mistake I did     No really This is not a very good app
