When I searched for emoluments it took quite a while and then tapping one of the results made it skip to the first page of the book and the search results vanished             Search function is balky Jadwin

For the iPad it is great with the analysis of the Constitution and the Amendments From a reliable source the Libary of Congess I can quote easily and use the comments as well                     This Law Student Loves It Spiritwynd

I love this app apart from the format of the text It just opens full PDF pages to read instead of formatting for an iOS screen This makes it very difficult to read on an iPhone because the text is way too small To the dev the text needs to scale based on screen size I would suggest importing all the plain text instead of PDF and then you can easily have control over formatting             Text too small links to pdfs jp has a spacesuit will travel

This app might be good for the iPad but not for a phone which disqualifies it as a pocket reference Please make it easier to read for smaller screens             Can t read it Flipmcf

I had such high hopes for this app But much like the major party presidential candidates running for POTUS 2016 I am left utterly disappointed This app functions like someone s drunken code was thrown in a text editor that shi ed out this poorly functioning excuse for an app I bet this was created because there was a need to spend federal money before the end of Fiscal Year 20 f k you Yeah it s free and it s a good thing because aside from reading the text page by page in portrait mode this app fails to perform any way else This app crashes so much it gives crash dummies competition         We The People Are Disappointed xseekerx

This a very buggy and goofy app version of a long scholarly analysis of the US Constitution Apple should not have accepted it in this format instead the base doc should be offered as a free iBook     How embarrassing BR zoo visitor

it is strictly a portrait orientation only static view of a text about the constitution While I d appreciate the analysis provided AND it DOES include the Amendments unlike some other App it is very difficult to read without left and right scrolling even on an iPhone6 This would be better as an iBook document or if a landscape orientation was available Two stars for limited usability I m dumping it to try another         It opens just fine but domdellino

The content is good but being just a PDF reader means the content doesn t size to your device Unless you ve a large screen the app is pretty useless     Just a PDF reader No Nicknames available.

This is the best app I ve found for the Constitution but reading it really hard because of the way the pages are formatted It would be a 5 star app of the text was converted to a form that could be increased for improved readability                 Please increase the text size Scriggletamer

I just downloaded this for fun and this a really interesting app I agree with the other in saying that the texts need to be converted from PDF to an actual app The menu and interface are fine as far as I can tell it s just the texts need to be converted                 Cool but Fum21

I have another Constitution app for my iphone that I love and want to share but it is no longer available I gave this app 1 star because it is a collection of letter size pdfs which are absolutely torturous on the small screen of an iphone It probably works great on a tablet That app takes 4 mb of space and this one takes 100 mb     horible format for iphone Edison Wannabe

I have no problem using this App on iPad I can easily highlight underline and annotate everything in any color that I prefer And I can type my notes on the margins In addition it has detailed explanation of every part of the constitution with reference to case laws                     It is simply the best >^>^>^>

While a good idea this app s implementation is terrible It is awfully lazy to publish an index of oversized PDFs especially when that format is ill suited for a mobile device Why not use responsive design and or allow the text to automatically resize to the screen         Good idea bad implementation Caveat-canem

This app is a PDF file version of a good solid reference book on Constitutional law and history that deserves to be better known The problem is that the app is a PDF file of more than 3 000 pages The text is impossible to read on an iPhone screen and the app will not even go into landscape mode There is a search function but I can t find any hyperlinks except the table of contents There is excellent content but it is virtually inaccessible         Good Content Terrible Format Eugene Pagano
