If you are iPad owner,you now can download U.S. Bank (TM) for free from Apple Store. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 2.3 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.6.8 has been released on 2014-11-29. Unable to load the app Banking was simple before this update Ugh     Whats happened
I dont want pretty I dont care about colors I want an app that is FUNCTIONAL All the detail for my account is all squeezed into the right margin I have to continually scroll down and down to try to and see it Has US Bank ever heard of single spaced lines with columns I need to see as much as possible in as little space as possible And why Because this is a MOBILE appthe screens are smaller Duh Why do I keep banking here     Unbelievably Awful
Crashes every time after login on the profile update page on my iPad mini even after I rebooted I will try to revert back to the previous version and wont update my iPhone Fix it     New app is crap
The new interface is very clunky and difficult to use Not intuitive Definitely a step back     Terrible update
The whole app looks cartoonish and unprofessional It locked up on me twice when I tried to make a deposit and took the picture before I could get the check lined up Viewing your transactions is a lot less efficient than it used to be Why did they change a stable working version Yuck     Rotten App

I want mobile access to my account Half the time it just spins or does nothing yes I checked and have a good internet connection and the few times I actually get in I cant get the information I need The bill pay part is the worst I usually have to pull out my computer to do anything meaningful Thats frustrating when your on the road US Bank I have been with you for a long time through many name changes Please fix this before I feel compelled to move on     Worthless and frustrating
The changes that were made to the iPad app were not needed There are to many steps and the box to review your transactions is to small Why cant this fill the whole screen so you can see more transactions at a time I hate when a update is needed because there are usually issues but another change is needed just to be able to view more transactions     Do not like
I never write reviews but I am so infuriated with US Bank and this app It is HORRIBLE Nothing works it is not user friendly I cant see all my transactions Paying bills is a nightmare I had no problems with the old app but somehow I managed to pay the same biller twice Not happy I dont care if it looks pretty I want a stale easy to use easy to operate app that helps me manage my money So far Im losing money because the pay bills part is so stinking confusing and not at all easy to read This app has me rethinking my banking choice I want the old app back Fix it please I really am baffled at how much you have failed with this app Who in that meeting thought this app was a good idea Ridiculous     Epic Fail

I hate this update The look and functionality would be great if it actually works I keep trying to update my profile and I get kicked all of the way out of the app I tried to pay a bill and I got kicked out of the app in the middle of it I will be using the online banking site through my browser The bugs in this app make it not worth the headaches in using it     This app is so buggy
I seldom write reviews but this app is so horrible I feel compelled to do so There is nothing on the new app that works Deposits arent listed withdrawals are duplicated I cannot believe that somebody approved this for use Maybe they should look at a different career choice this is far from ok I wish I could have the old one back this new app is worthless and has already caused me difficulties time and money     Do not download Worthless
As usual with this bank every time they do an update to the app it becomes more more confusing The new incarnation has way too many steps is extremely difficult to use and figure out all for the sake of having a pretty interface Why oh why do you have to make things so difficult just you can say you look artistic     Horrible remake
There is so much that I dont like about this version I dont know where to begin I dont know how they did it but they actually made it worse Seriously thinking about switching banks     I absolutely hate this new version

Why in the world would I want a bank app where I cannot pay my bank credit card Heres an idea show the balance and then put a Pay now button so I can make my payment Someone needs to find the design team and remind them we dont use these apps becausethey are pretty We use them to go about our business So get to business and fix this thing Geese     Really What were you thinking
I had no problem using the old app This new one is horrible     This new app is junk
Unless I missed it I didnt see what my statement due date was But regardless this new version is awful Check out the AMEX app Thats how you do it     Dreadful update

App works infrequently at best Customer support suggested deleting and downloading the app as well as other resets and deletes Nothing works Bring back the old version     Would give 0 stars if possible
None of my account balances matched the correct account number I tried out the deposit feature and it was added to one of my other accounts not the account I actually chose for it to go into Now I have to wait to see if the deposit actually goes through and the I have to get on my PC and move the deposit to the correct account This app is not good Dont go through with downloading it Im even having trouble sending this review     Bad App
I have only been able to use this new update once It will not open at all The one time I got it to work it was awful I will no longer even try to get it to work     Please fix
You changed the account summary to a tiny box where it was full screenwhy Bad idea please change or allow me the preference to do so     Update a failure
Why did they bother to update this app and go and ruin a good thing I dont need all the personalization and fancyness I just want to be able to look at my bills and payments and it wont even do that I am so mad I use this app for my online banking and if I cant do that whats the point Time to find another bank I guess     Complete disapointment
After updating the iPad app I went to pay my utilities and it wouldnt except any payment request It just kept telling me Cant process this time cant process this time Very inconvenient Luckily my phones app worked And I dont care much for the new look Im not concerned w personalizing my bank app I just want it to do banking Which it failed     I cant pay my bills w this new update

I absolutely LOVED this app before the update Now its difficult to use and missing features Wheres the calendar Wheres the calculator Before the app was plan and functional Exactly what an app from my bank should be Now it is all cute and stuff but less functional Why mess with a good thing        Why change something that was so good
The old UI was quick to access easy to read and not wasting space The new UI wastes space makes it had to do basic functions makes it all the more reliant on other apps to see what my account is really doing Should have used an app like mint as a reference Clean easy to read and functional Please dont deploy this further go back to the drawing board write it off as a failure PLEASE     Terrible UI so much functionality lost
Paying bills now requires triple the number of steps and its far less obvious what they are My spouse who normally pays the bills is not a native English speaker and cant figure this out at all What a pain Now its far easier to just go to the website than use the app Phooey And shame on you US Bank You hired the wrong app builders We are seriously looking into switching banks just so we can pay bills again     Worst update ever
Like others have stated the new version is just awful Not user friendly at all So much wasted screen real estate If you click on an account all you get is a 2x3 space showing your recent transactions in tiny little list no option to show bigger or customize the list And eStatements which US Bank prefers you use or else theyll charge you 3mo for the different accounts are buried under the About this app settingId love to meet the buffoon who thought that was a good idea     Worse than before

The old app was stale and beyond dull This new version is easy to use and has a nice polished look to it To use the new version you must first delete the old app and reinstall the new one Just FYI for all the people having the same problem I had                 Awesome app
Dumb app Theres no room to write anything below the signature on a cheque sometimes User interface not intuitive enough for some workflows        No room on cheque for deposit only
Transactions appear multiple times in the account history making it impossible to tell what is going on in my accounts I dont trust the app to get any transactions right bill pay etc with this going on Also the space available to view transaction history is far too small it is annoying to only be able to see 5 or 6 transactions at one You should be able to expand this view to the full screen     New version needs help
Haha This app is a joke I cannot get this app to recognize the back of my check for mobile deposits for the life of me Regardless of lighting background distance Nothing works The auto focus is awful the app which will automatically snap the pic works like garbage This new gem now loads even slower on my Air 2 FYI it loads far slower than the previous atrocious iteration of the app fire these programmers now     Awful simply awful
Those three rotating security questions that appear after you enter your user ID and before you enter your password are no longer showing up in the application for me after this most recent update Instead I now just enter my user ID and am taken directly to the password page My security image and word is still there on the password page but like I said the rotating questions dont show up any longer on the iPad and iPhone version of this app When I go to the official website and login to my account the questions do show up there So I am not sure what is going on And if I should be concerned or not or if anyone else is experiencing this same bug or glitch after this most recent update Would the developers of this application please look into this problem and fix it please and let us know if this is a known bug and or glitch in the application Thank you iPad Air 2 iPhone 6 Plus iOS 83        Security Questions Not Showing Up
When I first opened the app it was stuck on the tutorial screen I couldnt get it to advance through the tutorial and I couldnt close it I had to force the app closed Then I tried again and was finally able to get into the app without going into the tutorial but later somehow I ended up on the tutorial again and it got stuck again I tried a third time and was able to look at my accounts but there is too much wasted screen real estate Too much blank space at the sides and too much waster space at the top just to say hello Widen the columns and make them taller so I dont have to do so much scrolling The little chasing circle when it is processing a click is very annoying both with the red color and the jerky motion as it is spinning It is also very disappointing that Touch ID is not available I love apps that use Touch ID but this isnt one of them At this point I will just use the website because the app doesnt provide any benefit over the website     Do not like the new app update Tutorial screen doesnt work
You took a perfectly fine app that functioned exactly as intended and then ruined I have no clue who decided to make the app slower smaller have very slow quirky windowsxp style animations and make it harder to read anything to do with your account balances but whoever did should be fired and never allowed to design anything ever again     Worst app update in history
This new update is awful The screen resolution is horrible in comparison FasterI beg to differ Do not update from the previous version until they fix this new one I really like US Bank just not their new app for iPad Please make some decent fixes     Horrible
What a horrible app and website I am a fairly tech savvy guy and cannot even pay my bills with this new design Theres no way to search payment history by biller Instead I have to go through all my transactions write down payments by hand and hope that Im catching all my bills due In addition the font size is all kinds of jacked up Way to take a below average app and website to terrible     Terrible
