If you're serious about increasing your core strength, follow this six week training program and you'll soon be on your way to completing 200 consecutive sit-ups If you're serious about increasing your core strength, follow this ...
I only had this app for two days but already I can feel and see results Its amazing how some sit ups every other day can do all that              Great app
I dont understand why this app doesnt have a good form situp demonstration similar to the 100 pushup app           Improve the good form
But should be free           Works great
I have done 555 situps in a row because of this appand I was only 12and now I can do many more Awesome app     Record
This app takes the popular 200 SitUps workout and puts it on your phone Thats it You could look up this workout online and find it on several websites for no cost I guess the only 2 things you gain from buying this app are a rest timer and a way to push your stats to social media sites like Facebook Like the developers 100 PushUp app this app has an ugly boring no frills interface You are first asked to do as many good form situps as you can to place you in one of the 3 levels of workout intensity however no example is given on what a good form situp is until your actually doing your workouts This is not for the beginner or someone serious about doing it right I really cannot stress enough how this app brings nothing innovative or useful to the 200 SitUp workout Its simmilar to Kraft selling an app that gives directions on how to make mac cheese and then publish that you made mac cheese on Facebook when the directions are printed right on the box for you already for free I cannot reccomend this app for its current price of 199 USD For those with allergies to paper and pencil or an excel worksheet I suppose it could be worth 099 USD        Not enough value for the price of the app
Wish you would add a button next to the rest filed that starts a timer to count the rest period Also a way to advance the set within s day to highlight your current set Also in the App store the Support button goes to an error page It should at least go to a page that says thanks for buyingtrying but we dont offer support           Add rest timer advance to next set
Ive had the app for several years and it hasnt had an update since early 2014 The data log has a bug that crashes whenever you view the history Its still effective at gradually increasing your repetitions I use it to prepare for my military PT test and its great for getting me to the maximum score           Dated but still effective
No 4 support like it says I only left a review because app support goes to a website that says is no longer functional     It says 4 support in the new update but it lies
Bought this like 4 5 years ago and re downloaded now on my iPhone 6 plus Still does what it does from what I can see              Basic situp logger with incremental increase
The rate at which it wants you to progress is not realistic so it is impossible to hit the targets the app gives you The 100 pushups app has a much better and realistic rate of progression Will stick with this but after 2 weeks of use I have not been able to hit a single days target Demoralized        Too difficult
Love this app when getting ready for a PT test I like the new upgrades that let u listen to music                 Got a month
Very good app to use I however dont do situps with this app but do v ups V ups are different type of situp With a v up the is absolutely no back pain And its all in your core           App
Since the last update its not only been freezing and moving the screen down when I put in additional situps on a rep but its updating on TwitterFacebook as squats instead of situps The shake to zero doesnt work now either Annoying 100 pushups app works splendidly however Using a 3GS with iOS4           Come on and update it again
I must be really great but this app is NOT that hard very realistic expectations Im doing great                 Bunch of babies
It used to work great 5 stars but since recent updates it no longer saves my workouts and the shake to zero no longer works It just freezes when I try to save a workout Please fix        E
Im 13 it wasnt bad but I always forgot to do it Im skinny I just wanted a six pack ahah but other than that if your a guy I most definitely recommend this app                 Okay
Its a fun little app to remind me to do my crunches Its a progressive program I thought it was worth the money Its nice to have on the iPod since I always have it with me              Its fine
It should say 200 crunches since u are not even doing situps I would recommend this to anyone who loves to be tricked lol        Stupid
The update did not make this support for iPhone 5s 4 inch display despite what the description says        Update is not 4 support
Great App The only thing I wish is that it would sync between devices I have the ipad and iphone and i wish they would synch up on this app Otherwise a great app                 Great App
Apps export button doesnt work It doesnt do anything when pushed        Export Issue
All the apps are great and I recommend them to anyone                 Great
I have been using and loving their pushup app for several weeks I have made a decided improvement and this situp app seems to be just as good Streamlined simple interface and a bell indicator to transition you from rest to reps another companys app has an annoying robovoice ugh Im really pleased by Softwarexs line of these apps The situp app has 3 levels of difficulty based on the reps completed in your initial test one reviewer said they were disheartened by starting at 60 but that was the hardest level they chould have changed the level to a lower one The lowest starts day one with 18 That being said when I started the pushup app I had to repeat day 1 for almost two weeks just to get up to the 12 reps on day one of the lowest level but now I am at 45 so their method of incremental step ups have really worked for me                 Better than the other apps out there
I love the concept and love the 100 pushup app but for mea beginner who could barely do 5 situpcrunches I feel it pushed way to hard on the first day First day pushed me to 65 situpcrunches and up to 81 on day 2 Strained me way too hard I like the hundred pushup cause it got me to 80 pushups in 5 weeks but 65 on the first day was way to much for a beginner and they dont have a 100 situp app very disappointed because I have to trash the app It forced my body too hard and threw my neck and back out And yes i was doing it good form asked my fitness trainer friend to make sure No way I can Strain that hard so early     Not gradual enough
App is sorely in need of an update but has been abandoned by its developers Crashes frequently Dont waste your time with it     Abandonware
Good concept but crashes with iOS 4     Crashes
This app is easy to follow and understand I think it would be more user friendly if there was a function to set up reminders to alert u on your exercise days           Could use updates
Simple and works great                 Love it
Like it a lot but after the first day it is stuck The screen slides down when the keyboard goes away and Im left with half the screen Cant access buttons or use the program Please fix now Otherwise big rip off        Stuck
Crunches and sit ups are two different things     Not that great
The good form details are a little vague I dont know what 35 degrees looks like while Im doing the crunch It doesnt feel like Im working my core very much perhaps I am doing the exercise wrong but that just supports my argument of vague good form It seems an exercise like the seated bike would be better The one where you lift your legs and your back from the ground and move your legs like youre biking On a positive note This program is very good at getting me to do situps The goal seems somewhat reasonable in 6 weeks           Better Details would be nice
when I didnt finish the initial test and it says I can select the exact week which I want and it doesnt work as expected It just ignores Reset to day change and still forces you to do the initial test     buggy
This program works great and has been around for a while This app used to work great for tracking progress but crashes when you try to open logs iOS 7 Yes its not easy but its not supposed to be either If you cant get past a day repeat until you can           Great program no iOS 7 friendly
Awesome app it motivates me to do the workouts each day I have this one push up and chinups I wish they would make one for bardips              Just what i needed
Im a PT The technique in this app protects the low back Doing a situp can use the hip flexors which can be problematic for some Crunches are safer The name could be 200 crunches but disregard those reviews blasting the technique they dont know what they are talking about Im using this series of apps and love them                 Safe technique
Last update i cant go past day 1 anymore           Umm
If yall complaining yall must be one of the every 2 people that are fat                 Perfect
Great way to get back in shape I love to see the new addition of the redo day option like in the One Hundred Pushups app thank you                 Lovely app
Been using this app for a while now on my 4th time through it Started at a max of 30 reps Now i am able to easily hit 100                 Great
at the end of my workout it will say squats not situps                 its ok
I can no longer access the tap to change rest time feature as it is covered by the navigation bar Looks like you tried to roll back the look and in the process I ended up with a weird hybrid of ios7 and previous versions Please just update the app to comply with IOS 7           Love the app but
Change the icon back I am a man and do not want an icon that obviously looks like a woman Are you serious        A new icon for whom
Say I did the workout but didnt use my app no way to fast forward or log the numbers in You have to wait until the app counts down the time Waste of money waste of time     Cannot skip a workout
Even tho the app is for crunches the USAF has us do full situps so thats what I did with this app I initially tested with 60 situps not fast but steadyconstant By end of week 5 I could do 200 Outstanding Now to work on speed                 Situps have always been my weak event
Its a great program working well              Good
Good app but it constantly crashes so its pointless        Eh
    Great app                 Excellent
This was a good app and bundle selection a few years ago But it isnt uptodate no changes been made and the company doesnt even have a legitimate website anymore Spend your money on a company that stays around and cares     Old
when i started i could only do 60 situps but now i can do 200                 AWESOME
I feel like im doing crunches wrong cause im getting the breath like knocked out of me but i can still do sit ups as long as i can hold my breath then all of a sudden i can do the next set of reps effortlessly Idk my fault tho the apps great                 Its crunches
